The morning after the feast was the one very amusing one indeed. The sunrays when fell in the main room where the youngsters were passed out on each other not even a single person stirred. The tiring evening with late night games would be the cause of this blunder it seems.
And now it was time of sabha. Maharaj Dhritrashtra was sitting on his royal throne with elders and courtiers waiting for the princes of Kuruvansh, Ashwasthama and karna. But not a single bird was in sight. After almost an hour Bhishma lost his patience.
Bhishma: How can they be so irresponsible? The garderns are yet to be cleaned after the feast. Which were their responsibility. Not a single one of them is present in the sabha! I am myself going to them! Dasi! Where are the princes?
Dasi (maid) : Mahamahim all the princes with kumar Ashwasthama and Angraj Karna are asleep in the chambers of Rajkumar Duryodhana after the feast. They were awake and enjoying till early morning and passed out there only.
She informed. Kunti gasped in surprise.
Kunti : Pandu putro in Duryodhana's chamber? Tatshree Bhishma we need to check if everyone is alright or not. Saare hi murkh hai. Pata nahi kon kaha aur kaise pada hoga. Aur woh bhi abhi tak bina lade! Parmeshwar!
Bhishma: You are right putri kunti. We need to check.
And then Bhishma,Vidur and kunti with Gandhari and Dhritrashtra started moving towards Duryodhana's chamber.
