After a rather awkward dinner you guys got packed up to leave and started the walk down the drive to where you were parked. Levi walked at your side. He seemed to be more comfortable around you now. And you might have been about to ruin that. Just as you got out of sight of the house, you stopped in your tracks. He stopped behind you.
You spin around on your heels and walked up to him. About as close as you were in your childhood bedroom. You didn't make eye contact "I... I'm.." you started quietly.
"Your father is an ass" Levi said bluntly.
You grabbed the hem of his shirt and gave it the smallest tug, still not looking up at him, though you could again feel his eyes on you. "Thank you.." with that you turned, got into the car and queued up some music.
The drive felt shorter going back and Levi didn't look as scared this time around either. "Did you want to have a drink when we get back? I could use one after today"
He paused a moment. It had been a while since he drank alcohol. Though back in the scouts he would sometimes have a drink after battle or to celebrate a victory. "Sure, I've been meaning to ask you some questions anyway, we might as well do it over drinks."
"Ask me what?" You were curious.
"You know all about me and I know nothing about you." He pointed out.

You got home and tossed your keys as you usually did, and went get the laundry out of the drier. You brought it to the livingroom to fold later. You smiled, it was Levi's green cloak.
You then went to get the drink stuff ready. "I bet you haven't had time like this to fully relax in your entire life.." you said. You wanted him to relax. He deserved it.
You mixed two drinks and brought them to the livingroom, turned on a lamp and put on some music. You needed the white noise to help you wind down. Levi came into the room and sat at the other end of the couch as you passed him his drink. You chuckled. He looked comfortable.
"Now!" You announced, pace yourself because I suck at mixing drin-" before you could finish he downed the whole thing, unfazed. Grant it, it was a small cup but still, that was mostly vodka. "Geez if you were just going to do that I would have spared the orange juice"
"I'll have another, you can spare the orange juice" he mocked. As the evening went on he questioned you about your childhood, your life and anything else you knew about him that he didn't know about you.
You tried to keep up with him, you really did. The only giveaway that he had been drinking was a slight flush to the cheeks. He could clearly handle his alcohol. You however slowed down to avoid embarassing yourself.
"I can't believe that I'm drinking with C-*hic*-Captian Levi" you word vomited.
"I'm cutting you off." He sighed and took your drink from you.
"I- what, no. I'm cutting YOU off." You took your drink and his. "I cut you off-" You pointed a finger at him. It seemed you only blinked but he was gone. You looked from side to side then down. He got the drinks too.
You heard him in the kitchen. Washing the cups and putting things away. You grumbled to yourself while Mr. Responsible did his thing. That's when you noticed the laundry you brought in earlier, along with the green cloak on top. You reached over and grabbed it throwing it over your shoulders and putting the hood up.
"I brought you some water, your a little fargon-" he stopped the moment he saw you sitting on the ground draped in his cloak that was actually much too big for you. "What are you doing." It wasn't a question.
You looked up at him and preformed the scouts salute. And informed him proudly "I am the captain now" to your suprise this made him smile. He actually thought it was cute but he wouldn't tell you that. He set the glasses of water down on the coffee table, walked over to you and crouched down, placing one hand on your head.
"I'm afraid a Captian needs to hold their liquor better than you, there's no fighting a titan like this" he patted your head. "Now, get up and drink your water"
You placed your hands on the ground to steady yourself. And started to get up, but as you did the alcohol really hit you, causing you to fall back onto your ass. You crossed your legs realizing something. "C-Captain?" You said, rather embarrassed.
Levi's ears perked up, he hadn't been called that in what felt like forever. It brought him some comfort. "Yes?"
"I am unable to get up." You admitted simply. "The room may be spinning."
He sighed "This is why I am the Captain, brat" with that he knelt down and lifted you into his arms, the hood falling off your head from the cloak that was still draped over you.
He could have just helped me up. You thought, looking up to see his face. It was just inches from yours. But that blank, stoic expression made him very hard to read. "Drink" he commanded, leaning over so the glass of water was within reach. You did as he requested.
"Ok, now that your up, where would you like to go?" He asked. Though you really wanted to stay right where you were.
"I need.. sleep. I need my bed, soft bed. " You muttered. You tried not to show it but you were sloshed.
"Right away Captain." He chuckled.
"Right on" you giggled "I made you laugh." Shit, why am I word vomiting. I wouldn't have said that sober.
Things be picking up, eh?
