Another Reality (Levi x Reader)

Steak

Eventually evening came around, you were cooking supper for everyone. You wanted to make something good. You settled on steak, marinated in barbeque sauce, brown sugar, salt and pepper along side baked baby potatoes peas and asparagus.

You switched Eren to the PS4 once he understood how games work. For the past two hours he's been playing Call Of Duty. Levi was on the couch behind him watching him play. "You missed one. Eren. Eren, don't run away you're suppose to shoot them."

"I can't shoot them I'm going to die!" He blurted. "I mean, I'm going to die, Sir!" He corrected himself.

Then a voice came over the screen "Fucking Noob" you heard in the kitchen and burst out laughing. You wandered into the livingroom while your food finished cooking.

"Y/n, what is a fucking noob?" Levi asked

"Noob means new player" you laughed again. "It's kind of like if you were a new Scout and went to kill a titan and failed miserably, someone might say 'Nice Shot Noob'"

"I never miss." Levi said leaning back on the couch. "C'mon Eren you fucking noob"

"Eren after a few more games you'll automatically be matched with other players at your skill level. Keep trying, it'll get easier" you assured him before going back to make sure all the food was done.

You giggled a little on your way back to the kitchen. It was nice to see Levi bonding with Eren.

Hange was in her room/office working on something. You assumed it was something to get them back home probably, she ate her dinner in there.

Your dining room table was small, it only had two chairs so you guys are in the livingroom. "I hope it's good, I made the steak medium rare. I'm not much of a cook so I didn't do too much to it but add sauce and some spices." You said as you guys all sat down.

Eren took a bite of the steak "This is... AMAZING" you forgot that they basically lived in medieval times back on their island so meat was rare. "The person we were living with before we came here was.. Vegan? I think they said. All they ate was stuff they called 'tofu' in place of any meat"

"I'm glad you like it" you smiled.

"I bet the king doesn't even eat this good." Eren mumbled.

After everyone finished their food, you took their plates "Feel free to just hang out, I'm going to do the dishes and clean up." You went into the kitchen.

Levi got up to follow you, the minute he rounded the corner to the kitchen his eyes widened. "what...did you do?" He said in disbelief, you looked around. Yikes I guess it is a bit of a mess you thought.

There were bowls and cutting boards and knives. You also spilt some barbecue sauce in the counter and some oil splattered on the stove. You walked up to him, turning him around and placing your hands on his back; trying to usher him into the livingroom again "I know, I know. It's a mess, I'll clean it don't worry"

He resisted for a minute, looking over his shoulder at the once clean room "How many dishes did you need?! Is that sauce on the counter? And the stove.."

"I'm cleaning, I'm cleaning! Go relax!" You finally got I'm back in the livingroom.

"How do you expect me to relax." He mumbled, finally letting you push him out of the kitchen. "I want it spotless, I'll be checking your work!" He warned

"Yes Captian!" You put one of your playlists on. Levi's ears perked up at the heavy beat, Eren was playing Call of Duty again.

You started cleaning up the dishes and loadind them into the sink. Quietly singing and subtly dancing.
You rand some soapy water and started to wash them.

After that, you moved them onto a teatowel on the counter to dry. Then you sprayed the sink down with cleaner and wiped it out, continuing to wipe the spout and knobs.

You gathered up any dish towels or clothes that may need to go to the laundry and set them aside.

You removed absolutely everything from the kitchen counter before spraying and wiping them down. You proceeded to wipe down all appliances and such them went back on the counter. Placing each one back in its place after it was clean.

I love you since this morning
Not just for aesthetic

You sprayed the stove to sit, then out the dishes away and tossed the tea towel to the laundry pile.

You wiped the cupboards that you somehow managed to spill sauce on.

I know you scared of me
You said that I'm too eccentric

By now the stove had time to sit, you went back to finish cleaning it.

I'm crying all my tears
And that's fucking pathetic

Then you wiped down the table and chairs before filling a mop bucket and adding cleaner.

You mopped the floor, and checked over your work. Admiring how fast you cleaned up the mess. That's when you heard Levi walk into the room "I'm here to check your work." He started to walk to the countertop.

"Wait-!" You exclaimed. He paused and you grabbed a cloth and quickly ran it under the edge of the counter. After that was complete you spin on your heels. "Ok. Now you can check."

He pulled his hand back that was halfway to the lip of the counter. She knew I'd check that first he thought. And you did. The first thing Levi did when checking rooms was look for dirt under the lip of things, a place often forgotten about.

He walked over and checked the counters, the sink, the stove even the appliances you decided to clean. Good thing I did that, I wasn't going to..

He then walked over to your table and placed his hand underneath. Shit! You forgot that part. He pulled his had back to reveal a thin layer of dust.

You quickly ran over, dropping to your knees to look under the table. You took your cloth and quickly wiped it down, once complete you ran your fingers over it to check for yourself.

You popped back up "Okay now i'm done." 

"Hmm." Levi hummed, looking at you, "I don't think I can look past this oversight. You fail." He leaned close you only you could hear "We will discuss your punishment later."
