Levi's Angel Ereri/Riren

part 2

Levi's POV

I roamed around the streets of the underworld with a bored expression on my face. My all black clothes matched my dark wings and large horns. The underworld is like the surface but it's darker and filled with demons. Everything is filthy! There isn't much to do down here. I can beat up other demons, clean, or avoid a certain 2 demons- Hanji and Erwin  besides that, whatelse is there to do in this trashy world. I look up to see a group of blue demons with small horns walking away from some random shop leaving trash on the concrete and laughing. I cringed at the sight and decided to have a little fun....

I sighed as I walked back to my home. Let's just say I left town one street cleaner thanks to those blue idiots. After they finished picking up every last piece of trash on the street I still ended up beating them up and now I'm here walking home. When I unlocked my door I stepped in to my tidy, spacious home. I think I will go to the surface tomorrow, maybe things are more interesting up there...

My demon form was completely suppressed. I had on black skinny jeans and a black shirt with a light gray jacket. The surface was crowded with people everywhere. I was in some popular surface city. What to do now...

Eren's POV

It had been about an hour since I had woken up in our little cabin. Mikasa was the only one still sleeping.

"We need fooood!" Sasha complained from the kitchen, looking through the empty cabinets.

"Why don't we go out to eat?" Connie suggested. "There are a few surface restaurants I want to check out."

"Sounds good to me!" I said. Just then Armin spoke:

"Wait! Eren you should go to the grocery store and get groceries!"

"Why?" I questioned, not to keen on the idea.

"Because, part of your training is blending in with normal people so you have to act like one too! You don't have to get a lot," Armin reached into his pocket pulling out money from the surface before continuing "just see if you can handles buying groceries." I scoffed at the seemingly easy task as I snatched the money from his hands. Armin smiled slightly, and waved to me as I walked out of the cabin. The forest looked really peaceful in the morning with small rays of light trickling through gaps in the tall trees. I found myself smiling at how tranquil the setting was as I continued walking, soon finding the end of the trees. I was now in a small park. There were people here or there jogging or sitting on benches. It was another good 10 minutes before I reached a grocery store that I found using a map Armin gave me. If only I could have used my wings, I would have been here in less then a minute. I wasn't exactly sure what to buy, because back in my castle, everything was provided for me. Save for a few types of food, angels and people usually eat different types of food. I didn't recognize most of the foods at the store. When I came across 'angel cakes' which I had never heard of, I threw about 10 of them in the cart. I didn't know they had food especially made for angels, why didn't I know about these? By the time I checked out all I had left was a $10 bill and 6 bags worth of grocery's. As I started heading home I felt a pair of eyes on me...no scratch that, I felt multiple pairs of eyes on me. I picked up my pace but as I passed a long dark ally, I felt a pair of hands reach over to me and push me against the ally wall. I whimpered slightly dropping my bags and sliding down to the floor.

"Look what we have here!!!" A voice came from above me.

"What's an angel doing here on the surface?" Another voice laughed. Wait, how do they know I'm an angel? My wings are hidden and I haven't used any power? I looked up to see a man with a crimson red shirt and a leather jacket on. His face looked very horse-like to me for some odd reason. Next to him was a teen with lots of freckles and black hair. There were a few others gathered behind them as well. As I looked at the one with freckled I suddenly noticed small horns on the top of his head.

DEMONS. The teen with a horse face also had horns and had soon kicked me so that I coughed up blood. Just my luck, its my first time out and I run into demons. The teen pulled me up by my shirt and punched my face. It hurt but I felt completely limp and there was no way I could put up a fight with this many demons. I would use my powers but Armin told me that while I was on the surface I was not allowed to use any powers unless we were doing physical training and made me take a pill that made it impossible to access my powers for 24 hours. More punches and kicks came. I felt myself losing consciousness. I was actually surprised I had made it this long. I was dropped all of a sudden and the punches and kicks stopped. I strained my eyes to look up just long enough to catch a glance of a short man wearing all black and had black hair. The demons were all falling one by one. Then everything went black.
