Levi's POV

Hanji and I had split up about an hour ago to search for Eren.

As I continued to search I passed a couple familiar places like Izzy's Italian Ice, the café that Eren and I met at, and even the park. We had made so many memories here on the surface I never thought that him going missing would be what brought us back.

The rush of memories flowing through my head made me start searching harder. Both Hanji and I were using our powers to sense if any demonic or angelic presence is in our area. I called Hanji..

"Any luck?" I questioned when she picked up the phone.

"Nada. How about you." She responded

"Same. Tsk, where is that stupid brat..."

"I think I might have an idea though. I was talking to some people from this area and they said a couple towns over there is an abandoned mansion on a hill. No people go near there cause they believe it's haunted or something so it would make the perfect hideout.. I know it's a long shot but I believe it's in your area so I think you should check it out. I will go ahead and start heading your way. I will be there in about two days cause I want to check towns on the way just in case Eren isn't at the mansion."

Hanji finished talking and hung up before I could get a word in. I looked around and she was right. In this town, there was a hill in the distance with a mansion at the top. Guess I'm going there.

As I was walking to the edge of town where the hill was I noticed some blood trailing from a sidewalk to a nearby parking deck. A familiar smell came from a nearby bush. Eren was here..and this is his blood.

This means that Hanji's prediction about Eren being in that mansion was probably right.

Tsk. I looked at the mansion and broke into a sprint in that direction.

I'm coming Eren.
