Levi's POV

I woke up to a loud, overly obnoxious high pitched voice and two arms shaking me. Currently Eren and I were staying in the underworld. We switched back in forth depending on where we were needed or where we felt like being. Of course, the only one who would ever bother to wake me up like this was...you guessed it Hanji.

I rubbed my eyes as I sat up. I took in my surroundings. Immediately I saw that Eren was missing. And of course Hanji was here practically pouncing on me to get up.

I sighed. "Where's Eren?"

"Not even a hello? Not even a good morning?" Hanji pouted.

I got out of bed and started to get my clothes for the day. I glanced over at the clock. 10:13 am. How did I sleep in this late?! It's that stupid brats fault. Ever since we started sleeping next to each other I relax my guard and fall into a deeper sleep than before. Maybe I'm growing weak...

"OKAY WELL LEVI LISTEN! YOU SEE EREN WANTED TO SURPRISE YOU AND ASKED ME TO HELP SO WE LEFT SUPER EARLY LIKE AT 6AM AND WELL YOU SEE IT SORTA WENT SOUTH. WE WERE GOING TO THE STORE BUT ON THE WAY HOME HE HANDED ME TO GROCERIES AND SAID I'LL MEET YOU AT HOME AND HE RAN OFF. I SWEAR I LOOKED EVERYWHERE FOR HIM AND I EVEN TRACKED DOWN HIS BEST FRIEND ARMIN BUT ARMIN DIDNT KNOW AND ITS LIKE HE DISAPPEARED! AND HE'S GONNA KILL ME FOR RUINING THE SUPRISE BUT I MEAN-"

"Hanji" I growled, half angry at myself for sleeping in. I grabbed my jacket, threw on my black combat boots and was out the door. Hanji quickly chased after me. It's extremely unlike Eren to disappear without a trace. What concerns me even more is if they left hours ago and nobody knows where he is then something could be up. It crossed my mind for a second that this could be part of their scheme for Eren's little surprise but my gut feeling was telling me it wasn't.

Hanji led me to the place where Eren disappeared. It was pretty much in the middle of our underworld town so Hanji said she drew the conclusion that he must be somewhere down here but she scanned the entire area and he was no where to be found. And if Armin didn't know where he was then he probably isn't up at his castle either. I bit my lip the only other thing I can think of would be if some idiot demon and angel opened up a portal to the human world. But that would be risky doing it in the middle of town.

That's another thing. After uniting the angels and demons a lot of new advancements took place. For one, if you have an angel and a demon the auras can mix and form a portal as long as the destination in both of the two member's minds match. It's pretty difficult to do and takes a lot of practice to sync up motive, destination, and power. The two parties must have the same reason for going somewhere, the same end place, and they must put in an equal amount of strength for a portal to open and even then it normally closes within seconds...If Eren saw a portal being opened while he was with Hanji he wouldnt have been able to make it in time to teleport with them...unless...unless they both used enough power to make the portal larger and last longer. That would mean they would have to both be pretty strong and skilled. Why would Eren follow them?

"Hanji we are going to the human world."

"What? We are? Why?"

"Because that's where Eren is."

"How is that pos- A PORTAL!" Hanji shouted way to loud. All of the demons and angels in the area looked our way.

"Hanji keep your voice down." I demanded as I pulled her into a nearby alley that nobody was in. "Listen, I need you to tell me right now if this is some prank of part of Eren's 'suprise' because if not this could be very serious"

Tears started forming in her eyes. For Hanji, this was super out of character and alarming to say the least. "Levi I'm sorry. It's not. We were going to first make you breakfast in bed and then Eren had a whole day planned with all these fun activities and..."

"Alright fine if that's the case, I'm guessing Eren saw something happening that he didn't like and felt obligated to act. If he's not here or at his castle he is most likely somewhere in the human world. We can't make this a huge ordeal because we will throw off the peace and we especially can't have swarms of angels and demos trying to find Eren in the human world. I can already see that being a disaster. We are going to try and locate him by ourselves. Contact Erwin and tell him to let us know if he shows up in the underworld. I'll make sure Armin does the same.." If there's one thing Hanjis not good at its lying. Especially in these situations. Which means Eren is probably actually in trouble.

I punched the brick wall. I used enough strength to crack the part of the wall I made contact with. My knuckles started bleeding pretty bad but my anger and frustration didn't subside.  I took a deep breath. "Let's go."

Did I say I would add a cute fluffy chapter? Nah I decided I'm feeling motivated I will make an entirely new story line to this. Idk where it came from but I have so many ideas for this and since it's summer I've got time to write a bit. I love you guys!
