Chapter 12 - They Have Their Own

-Darren's POV-

It's been three months since I saw Bella. I hope she's fine.

They were supposed to stay for only a few weeks, right? Well, we got some news saying they will be staying here longer.

So now Twit and I are at the hospital for her checkup. She's inside while I'm just here, walking along the corridor with Tyler.

We passed by the nursery.

I remembered Bella again, the time she was pregnant with the twins.

Shut up Darren, she's with someone else. You're with someone else! My mind tells me.

Right, I should seriously calm d-

"Daaaad!" Tyler whined, tugging onto my shirt.

"Yes?"

"I said I was hungry." He pouts, crossing his arms.

"Oh, well let's go. I'll buy you something." We headed to the elevator.

Then two familiar faces passed by. Nakalagpas na sila since the girl sort of covered her face with her hair when she saw me, then the guy had his arm around her shoulder and they started walking rapidly.

"Bella?" I said, completely shocked.

They turned around, but then they just started walking faster. "Bella!" I called again. This time, they stopped then faced me.

"We'll be in the car." JK glared as he said that, holding the twins.

We ran to meet her since she stayed. "Bella! I haven't seen you in a while..."

She didn't speak, but instead she held onto her stomach.

Oh no.

Don't tell me-

"Are you okay?" I held her shoulders, then hugged her. "Tell me what's wrong."

Then I looked at her stomach, it has a bulge. "Is it-"

"I'm pregnant, Darren. Three months." she blankly said.

"Oh... congrats! I'm so happy for you." I told her before pulling away from the hug.

"Thanks." She said, turning around, about to walk away.

"Wait," I stopped her. "I'm happy for you, Bel. Take care, aye?"

"Thank you." She hugged me.

"I love you." I silently said. It was a whisper.

"Too." I heard her mumble.

"What?"

"Nothing, umm... I should get going now."

We bid our goodbyes then parted ways.

I'm happy for you. Biggest lie ever.

Knowing she's pregnant with JK's child just breaks me. Is this what I get for my stupidity?!

We walked back to Twittle, and sakto, she just came out of the room.

"Huy!" Twittle snapped her fingers in front of me. "Okay ka lang ba? Did you see someone or something?"

"I saw Bella."

"Oh, tapos?"

"She's pregnant." I told Twittle. My tears started to stream down my cheeks. "They have their own, Twit."

She didn't talk, she just hugged me. "She loves him, Twittle!" I shouted in frustration.

Tyler didn't react. He's kind of confused I guess.
