Chapter 10

                       **Janet P.O.V**

Janet's Dream

I stood in front of Riley, as Roger told me to move, he was drunk. "No Roger!" I screamed at him. I wasn't going to let him hurt Riley. He threw a bottle at Riley and I stood in front of her, allowing the bottle to hit my legs, I collapse. "Riley go to your room and lock the door!" I tell Riley, she nodded and ran down the hallway into her room. Roger came over to me and began to hit me, he hit my face at least once "thats for not moving when I told you too!" He yelled as he began to go to Riley's room. I began to crawl after him, not wanting him to get to Riley, but by the time I had got there he had broken down her door. I crawled over and began hitting his leg, he picked me up and threw me against the wall, knocking me unconscious. By the time I had gained consciousness again I went over to Riley, there was glass next to where she layed, she layed in a puddle of her own blood, a glass bottle sticking through her stomach

I woke up several times during the night, but my final time was at 5 a.m.. I couldn't sit up because Katrina was cuddling me and I didn't want to wake her up, but I was worried about Riley. I had the worst dream. I would tell Katrina about it once she had awoken.

I layed my head of Katrina's shoulder, a few minutes later she opened her eyes, and we were staring at eachother, I stopped playing with her hair

"Sorry.." I apologize

"How long have you been awake?" Asks Katrina

"Since 5.. I had a horrible dream and I just couldn't go back to sleep.." I reply

"What was it about?" Asks Katrina

"Well.. Roger was drunk and he hit me and killed Riley.. I did my best to stop him.. i.. just.. failed.." I reply

"Janet, Roger isn't going to hurt you or Riley as long as I'm here, let's get the kids ready and we can head out to the police station at 8:00 okay?" Katrina answers

"Okay.." I answer and give her a hug

I get out of bed and change into a blue shirt and some red shorts. I then head downstairs to see Riley, Misha, and Sergei already up.

"Morning Kids, you waiting for breakfast?" I ask

"Da" replies the twins

"Yea" replies Riley

I grab a frying pan and put it on the stove, I turn on the stove

"What do you all want for breakfast?" I ask

"Whatever is easiest for you to fix Janet" Katrina answers

"Da" replies the boys

"I agree with Katwina" answers Riley

I smile at them and begin to make everyone bacon and eggs. I make everyone scrambled eggs besides Riley. She gets a sunny-side up egg. I fix everyone a plate, 2 strips of bacon, eggs, a biscuit and a glass of milk. After I give the kids their breakfast I sit down next to Katrina, I pour a glass of wine as Riley comes up to me

"Mum?" She asks

"Yea honey?" I reply

"I had a dream last night, tan I tell you about it?" She asks
