•Drunk Bestfriend

Sarawat was sitting on his couch after the tiring day of work. He switched the channels but found nothing interesting to watch and threw the remote on the couch and threw his head back and sighed when he heard the doorbell ring.

He looked at the clock and saw it was 11:30pm and frowned.

"Who's at this hour?"he asked himself and cursed inside his head hearing the doorbell ringing several times continuesly.

He rushed to the doorbell assuming it was someone in need of help, the person indeed was.

He opened the door.

"What the h-"he was cut off by someone falling onto him but he was strong enough to hold them both up from falling. He got a glimpse of the person and his eye's widened.

"Tine?"He hold the drunk boy in his hand properly.

"Why are you so drunk? Ughh, let's get you inside first"Sarawat said ashe was struggling to get the boy indoor.

"T-there"Tine pointed outside and Sarawat closed the door.

"I don't think you wanna sleep 'there', on the road. Uh Tine, you should be home now and why the hell are you this drunk?"He asked his bestfriend in an annoying tone and Tine instantly wrapped his arms around Sarawat's neck making Sarawat shock for a while at the sudden soft gesture.

"D-don't leave m-me"Tine mumbled and his eyes widened.

"Leave you? What are you talking about Tine? I - I was just busy with work in the past days, that's why I didn't text-"he stopped hearing Tine mumbling something but it wasn't clear.

"Let's get you to room first. You need to sleep right now"Sarawat said concerned as he pulled the boy to his room and Tine willingly went with him.

Sarawat carefully made Tine sit on his bed and throw himself on the floor feeling tired.

"Owhhh you're so heavy Tine-ugh"just as he finished something fall on top of his body, which apparently was Tine throwing himself on Sarawat.

He looked up at Wat and pouted.

"Am I really heavy?"He asked and his voice was low and less clear. But Sarawat felt a pang in his heart seeing Tine tearing up and gulped down.

"N-no no......i- I'm just tired"Sarawat said trying to look away and Tine grabbed his cheeks and made them look face to face.

"A-are you t-tired of me?"the hurted feeling in Tine's eyes indeed made the boy feel like crying as he shook his head.

"How could I ever be tired of the person I love the most?"Sarawat's hand moved to Tine's cheek unconsciously making Tine smile goofily and hide his face in Sarawat's chest and Sarawat's breath hitched hearing the boy.

"I love you Wat......."

"W-what?"

"I really do and I will do until my last breath"Tine mumbled as he slowly fall asleep on top of Sarawat with his head on top of Sarawat's chest.

A small smile on Sarawat's lips as he slowly caressed the locks of the boy he ever fallen for. Ever since the day he met him at the cafe Tine work at.

Sarawat's smile was a sad one.

"T-hese all are just drunk talks........you won't remember a word from this night in the morning..........will you?"Sarawat asked gently knowing Tine can't hear him anyways,since he's sleeping peacefully. He stroked the boy's back as he himself fall asleep slowly.

"You're up?"Sarawat smiled a little seeing Tine opening his eyes and was a bit taken back when Tine jumped up and moved back as if he was shocked.

"A-are you okay Tine?"Sarawat asked nervously and the boy looked around.

"W-why am I here?"he asked and Sarawat's smile faded for a quick second realising he apparently forgot everything from last night and he obviously didn't wanted to lie to the one he love.

"You were so drunk last night and knocked on my door. You were not in a condition to go home alone and I thought you need rest, so I let you sleep in here. How're you feeling?"Sarawat asked to hide his disappointment and Tine Blushed.

"N-not bad....."Tine said.

"Oh and I prepared breakfast for you"Sarawat said and Tine mumbled a thanks.

"D-did I said or done something stupid last night?"he asked nervously and Sarawat chuckled awkwardly.

"Uhm.....eh I d-don't know if it's stupid......you said you l-love me-"

"WHAT? DID I REALLY SAID THAT?"Tine asked in utterly shocked making Sarawat more disappointed but he nodded.

"Chill Tine....... it's okay, I understand. You were drunk and mumbled some rubbishes-"

"Rubbish? Oh god, you don't know how long I've been trying to say those three words to you. Last day afternoon I saw you with a girl and it really got on my nerves and I guess I drunk way too much to get the picture out of my mind and.........and I don't know what happened"Tine sighed and Sarawat's eye's widened.

"You were Jealous?"

"I- I don't know"Tine mumbled,scared of rejection.

"But she was just my cousin-"

"I don't know, and I don't care who it was. I was feeling uneasy seeing you with anyone else. I don't know what is this...... I'm scared of losing you........this is more than a bestfriend relationship. I know I shouldn't say this but I think I love you"Tine let out with tears in his eyes and Sarawat was shocked just like the other boy was.

"Y-You can reject me if you don't feel the-"

"How can I reject you when I love you the most?"Sarawat questioned gently and Tine gazed at him.

"Y-You love me?"

"I do.......from the moment I first saw you......but I was afraid and didn't wanted to lose you by letting out my feelings"Sarawat said placing a hand on Tine's cheeks and leaned in.

"But I really do love you"he whispered.

"Can I?"Sarawat asked looking at Tine's soft plump lips and Tine didn't even answered as he gently connected their lips, letting their lips speak the rest.

However that was how Sarawat's and his drunk bestfriend,Tine finally let out their deep and true feelings and started their new relationship. A new step from bestfriend's to lover's 💕
