DreamXD x Reader (fluff)

You felt warm. Loved. Like someone cared about you for once. Because someone did.

His legs were next to yours, and your back was leaning against his chest. He had his hands wrapped around your waist and his face was on your forehead. You were about to resume your conversation, but you heard soft snores coming behind you. You turn around to look at XD, and see he has dozed off. The book you both were reading together was left open on the beside him on the grass. The God was using your hair as a pillow, and his halos had adjusted their positions on his head. You look at his calm state and can't suppress a giggle. A giggle.

You were known as the best fighter on the SMP, even better than Dream and Techno. You were emotionless, mysterious, and tolerated no nonsense. You almost always isolated yourself from others because of your trust issues. You were even known as the most mature on the server, despite only recently turning 18.

Yet, the truth was, you had this soft, girlish, and extremely immature side to you. It was your true nature, the one you were forced to hide.

You had only showed this side of you to one person.

XD.

And you never regreted it.

XD stirs a little bit and holds onto you tighter, bringing you closer to him, like a little boy hugging a teddy bear. You smiled and cuddled into him as well, letting his soft snores slowly drift you to sleep.
