IRL Technoblade x Reader (Requested!)

A/N: Thank you to KnightTimeNow for the request! I really enjoyed writing this :)

Techno was currently sitting at his gaming chair and clicking away. He had been streaming for a few hours on the SMP and he was currently exhausted. Having to grind resources and then proceed to be an important part of the lore right after was extremely tiring for him. All he wanted to do was to collapse on his bed and just nap, maybe even cuddle with you for a little bit, though he would never ask you directly. He had too much anxiety to do such a thing.

Plus, he knew you would cuddle with him anyways.

"Alright guys, I'm gonna end the stream here," he said tiredly before clicking the "end stream" button and closing out of Minecraft and Twitch. He sighed as he closed his laptop and got up.

He stretched and yawned for a moment before sluggishly walking out of his office and into your shared bedroom. Techno and you lived together in an apartment because it was more economical, but also because you both wanted to live closer together. After all, who wouldn't want to be a couple feet away from their S/O at all times?

He turns the door handle and opens the door to the bedroom, but what he sees you doing was... unexpected, to say the least.

Usually you would be reading, sleeping, or at work, but today...

you were making a TikTok?

Techno's face morphs into one of confusion as he keeps the door open and sees your phone recording you. You were on the plush carpet, sitting cross-legged.

You were currently trying to pronounce random words with a generator, but you were struggling with a certain one.

"Ca- camara? No, crap, uh... ca-ca-cama--? OH, COME ON! WHY IS THIS WORD SO DIFFICULT TO PRONOUNCE?"

Technoblade saw your frustration, but you were also laughing at the same time.

"Heh?" he said quietly to himself, just laughing softly right next to the door.

He walked into the room and read the word you were trying so hard to say. He saw it and chuckled slightly. He crouched down next to you, and it was then when you noticed him.

You turned to him, your face red while nervously laughing. You were blushing because of the sheer embarrassment you were experiencing. You had literally seen and read this word dozens of times before, but it was NOW, the one time you were actually on camera, that the universe decided that you would struggle with the pronunciation.

You looked so cute to him.

Technoblade just smiled as he looked at you trying to explain how you couldn't pronounce the word.

"I've literally said this word so many times in the past! I- I'm just struggling right now! Why?! Of all the times, why NOW?" you kept ranting to him.

Techno just shook his head and laughed slightly. He looked at the word again, and then looked at you and pronounced it slowly.

"Ca-ma-ra-de-rie" Techno said as slowly as he could with his ADHD, and emphasized each of the sections.

You tried repeating what he said, taking your time with each piece of the word, until you finally mastered it. You repeated the word several more times, just to make sure something like this would never happen again.

At least, not with this word.

"Ca-ma-ra-de-rie. Camaraderie. Camaraderie!" you said, pure happiness evident in your smile and the way you were excited that you could FINALLY say the word that popped up on the generator.

Techno laughed at your enthusiasm. Your wholesome nature was melting his heart.

"That took longer than expected..." you said while nervously laughing to yourself. It was quite embarrassing to be struggling with pronunciation, especially when your boyfriend was an ex-English major. But at least you had got it at the end!

"Hah, what a nerd, imagine not being able to say 'camaraderie,'" Techno teased, and you rolled your eyes while scoffing. But you also smiled as well.

"Shut up idiot," you tease back, but mutter a quiet "thank you" to yourself. Techno hears this, and smiles before getting up to leave the room. He walks to the door and opens the handle, but before he steps out, he says one last thing.

"By the way, you're still recording."
