ranboos POV:

Now that I've told you what happened and you're all caught up, I can show you what my day to day life is now.

I always wear my mask and mostly sunglasses because recently I found out that zombies can still recognize you based on who you are and if they knew you when they were alive. Today was the day of the week I got food. about time. I would get more but I'm relatively scared of the town. there's more zombies there than from the forest. Zombies are almost allergic to the sun so I have to go during the day.

I snuck into the town like I do every day, avoiding zombies. I haven't killed anything and I don't plan to. I'd feel bad even if I didn't know them. I made a lock system outside of albertsons just so no one could get in. I went around the side, unlocking the door and slipping inside.

I knew it was safe because who am I kidding, I was the one who made it. (you tell em man 😎)

I decided to treat myself for surviving this long by getting some vanilla ice cream. basic, i know, but it tastes good nonetheless.

I grabbed white bread, strawberry jam, and crunchy peanut butter so I could make a sandwich. I placed the items on the conveyor belt and opened my bag to reveal my swiss army knife. My bag was heavier because I had put my axe in it. safe, i know. I lightly dropped it onto the floor and got some bread out of the bag and started my sandwich by spreading jam on one slice, and peanut butter on the other.

When I ate my sandwich I heard the door to the store open and my eyes widened. That can't be a zombie right?? they're not that smart or strong.. I hopped over the belt and hid behind it but peeked my head over a little.

It was about 5'5 or 5'4. Can I even say it?

They looked straight at me and let me tell you I never ducked down so fast. I heard footsteps coming towards me and I started to breathe heavier than I already was. I slapped my hand over my mouth even though there was already a mask there.

The footsteps stopped and I heard a sigh coming from behind me. I looked up to see a boy peering down at me with his fluffy brown hair in his face.

"y-you're not a zombie... are you..?" my voice hushed. I turned and scooted back so he wasn't as close to me.

"What's with the mask and glasses?" he questioned, his british accent revealing itself.

Since he could actually talk I decided he wasn't too bad, "identity sake.."

He looked confused, "what do you mean? Can zombies recognize you?" (haha confuzzled)

No zombies have ever gotten too close to me.. i don't know why. They never seemed to bother me unlike other people, "Yeah. Zombies can recognize people they knew when they were alive. It's why I wear this."

He looked me up and down, noticing that my clothes weren't as dirty or torn as his. He hummed and motioned for me to get up. I obliged and stood, brushing off dirt on my pants. "So what are you doing in america?" I was wondering.

Looking offended, he spoke, "Nice of you to assume I haven't always been here."

I didn't mean my question to be insulting! I tried to speak but he stopped me, putting his hand up, "No you're right, I haven't always been here. I moved her because my father got a new job."

I muttered an 'oh' as he picked my bag up and handed it to me over the conveyor belt. I walked to get next to him, noticing he was wearing a green button up shirt with dark blue pants and bandages wrapped around his arms. His backpack looked heavy like it was filled with bricks.

"Is that a sword?!" I said, my tone getting louder.

He hushed me and pointed to the doors of the Albertsons, "there are zombies out there and I sure as hell don't want to become one of them. so you better shut up before I make you."

Sassy one we have here

I caught him eyeing my sandwich that was still on the belt. I took it and cut it in half, giving half to him. "So what's your name?" I whispered.

The boy glared at me before deciding if he should tell me, "Tubbo. What's yours?"

"I'm Ranboo"

"Ranboo?" he echoed. "weird name."

"wow thanks, Tubbo," putting emphasis on his name.
