CHAPTER TEN

ranboo's POV:

I heard someone knock on my door, "Hold on, don't come in yet!" I quickly put on my mask and glasses.

I walked to my door and opened it to see Tubbo. "Dream is downstairs and he needs to talk to you. He wouldn't tell me why," He sounded confused.

Oh yeah dream 'said' he was gonna tell me something. "Oh yeah, okay," he moved out of the way for me to make my way downstairs ( You wouldn't believe how many times I've accidentally added a bitmoji to this story).

I got downstairs to see dream at the kitchen island in a chair," Good, you're here. You're coming with me to meet George, Sap, And Wilbur. C'mon."

"Wait, why?" I questioned, "Why can't Tubbo come?"

Dream rubbed his eyes with his hand,"You guys are inseparable.. Fine, he can come too."

"Hey where's Tommy?" I moved my eyes to Tubbo.

"He's with Phil and Technoblade checking out the town," Tubbo stated.(my go to is literally 'answered' and 'stated' i'm so good at writing🤪)

"Oh," I crossed my arms.

Dream interrupted,"Come on you two we don't have all day." And with that he went through the door.

Tubbo and I glanced at each other before following. The town—er- city was quite cool. It's hard to believe this is an island because of everything. "Hey Ranboo, when are you going to take off your mask in front of me? It's been a little bit and I want to see," Tubbo said, showing he was staring.

"I don't know, I just don't know what you'll think. I'm just awkward I guess," I shrugged.

I heard a sigh coming from him before Dream spoke up, "Come inside." He walked inside to reveal the three he stated before.

Tubbo walked in to the three as I ducked under the door. "What's Tubbo doing here?" George wondered.

"He insisted that he come," Dream let out a breath.

"Yeah! And I'm not going to leave! I'm staying with Ranboo," He poked my arm.

"Whatever, Dream needs to talk to you, Ranboo," He brought everyone's attention to me.

Dream leaned over the kitchen counter with his hands together," We need to talk about something." He paused,"I know you feel it too. There's something going on with this town and we need your help to find out." He pointed at me.

I furrowed my brows as he continued,"Don't act stupid. You can feel something is wrong. And I can too. There's obviously something going on between us two(not like that you creep). I know you don't like me, I can see it."

"You can't even see my face," I moved my head to the right, keeping my eyes on him.

"I can feel it. Stop acting like you don't know what I'm talking about," He put his hand down.

"I stopped by last night and was let in by Tommy. I saw your face. I know what you look like," He tilted his head up.

"Fine. Maybe I do feel it. What does a feeling have to do with anything?" I kept my arms crossed.

"We all know about your.. powers. And, your weaknesses," He put up two fingers.

"And what would that be?" I squinted.

He gazed at me,"1. water, and 2" He pointed at Tubbo.

I looked over at Tubbo, his lips pressed into a thin line.
