I woke up, seeing Miyu on the floor asleep, the realization hit me. Everything that happened yesterday... Everything we talked about last night... "Izuku- are you awake?" My mom knocked on the door. "Y-yea-" I panicked, afraid she'd try and open the door. "Will you take out the trash dear? Breakfast is almost ready-" I sighed in relief. "Yea, just a second mom-"
I looked back and forth to the makeshift bed Miyu slept on, and to the door, multiple times for a good minute before making my decision.
"Miyu-" I poked her arm. "Miyu- wake up please-" This continued for awhile. "Miyu!" She snapped awake, and in a panic. "Iz-" I put my hand over her mouth quickly, shushing her. "Remember what
I told you last night?" I whispered as she nodded her head. "Mom's awake- can you like- transform back or?" I insisted. She looked down at her hands. "I-I think so-"Anxiously I awaited her transformation. "Are you sure-" I whispered. She didn't respond and for another moment I waited, it didn't take long for her to give up.
"I can't do it-!" She whisper-'yelled'. "I-it's o-okay-!" I rushed to her side, not used to her, or anyone really, being worked up like this around me. "I- I believe in you-" She plopped down onto the floor, drooping her head and arms, "I don't-" She pouted. "Hey-" I replied annoyedly, pinching her ear just a bit. "Yes you do." "Ow-" She complained. "Say you can do it or I won't let go." I got stern, she whimpered. "Miyu-" I tugged at her ear lightly, raising an eyebrow and tilting my head at her. "I can do it-" I sighed after she finally said. "Good." Letting go of her ear.
"But I might need more time-" She lifted her head up ever so slightly. "Th-that's okay-" I sat down infront of her and placed my hand on her knee. "Ju-just stay in here for a minute while I take out the trash-" I rubbed her knee with my thumb. "Okay?" I tilted my head with a soft voice. "Okay..." I stood up and patted her head. "We'll get this whole quirk thing figured out... okay..?" I left the room and shut the door behind me, picking up the trash to be taken out.
On the way out I took my phone out of my pocket.

{Hey kid, how's Miyu doing? Still human?}
I rolled my eyes playfully.
{Yea, we're trying to get it figured out.
😖 i'm gonna have to sneak her out to come meet with you today,,,}I closed my phone and continued to the trashcan. I don't know yet how i'm gonna get her out without mom seeing her, unless she's figured out her quirk by the time I get back in... I know she can do it-! She just needs some time... Hopefully...
There is a chance she is really stuck like this- just because of how long she was maintaining her old form atleast...
I lifted the lid to the dumpster and dropped the trashbag inside. Is it even trash day today? Or tomorrow? It doesn't matter... I need to figure out how to get her out of there. God- i'm really sneaking a girl out of my house- it made me shiver. I made it inside and shut the door behind me. "Thank you-"
"AAH-!" I screamed. "Oh-! Sorry! I didn't mean to scare you..." My mom replied shyly. "N-no it's fine-" I'm a bit anxious aren't I... Heh...I went back to my room and shut the door behind me to find Miyu still sitting on the floor with her head rested on her hands, wagging her tail slowly. "Hmmf." I squinted my eyes at her and placed my hands on my hips. "Don't take that attitude with me." I pointed my finger, just for her to turn around and whine again. "Miyu- I never knew you were this frustrating now come on." I patted her back. "We gotta figure out how to get you out of here- and... Get you some new clothes-"
She looked down on her old shorts and top, it must've been the last thing she'd wore before her first transformation, considering all of the rips and the stretching of the fabric. They're probably really tight on her... Atleast they look like it- I cut myself off, and my face lit red immediately.

Pervert!"He-here-" My hand trembled as I grabbed a spare shirt and pajama pants for her to wear. They'd probably fit perfectly just seeing her sheer size- she's so tall... so tall... W-What am I thinking- "Change into these- I-I'll turn around-" I turned around and closed my eyes very tightly, hearing only the sounds of clothes being dropped and slid however. "Izuku-" "Yea-?" I replied. "I need help..." Those words felt like a shockwave to my brain, I can't help a girl put her clothes on! "W-with what?" I squeaked.
"The shirt- will you turn around-" She sounded a bit frustrated. "I-is the shirt on-" "I don't know- I think so-" YOU THINK SO?! Are you trying to get me killed-! My body turned around slowly like a wooden plank, preparing for the worst. I open in my eyes to find she does have the shirt on... Upsidedown. "Miyu-" I giggled, placing my palm on my face. "It's upsidedown- i'll turn around again and you just flip it around. Put your head through the small hole-" I turned around as she let out a audible sigh, pouting. "Don't take that attitude now-Miyu- if you're gonna be a human you have to wear clothes!"
"Okay-" She said, confirming I could finally turn back around, and so I did. "It fits you almost perfectly-" I rubbed the back of my neck. "We'll have to go buy you some that you actually like soon-" She pointed to herself, surprised. "For me-?" I chuckled, "Yea for you- you wouldn't wanna wear my clothes all the time." Wait would she? I finally really looked at her, trying to blot it out of my mind that a girl was wearing MY clothes. "Ar-are they comfortable?" I asked awkwardly. "They're fine..." She yawned. "Tired again?" She nodded, her eyes drooping as she sat down.
It would make alot of sense though... Maybe I could leave her here during my training today...? No. What if mom goes in my room- maybe we could take the day off... I don't wanna overwork her or anything. She's already well overworked as it is... It's only 8 A.M. too... Maybe we could just sleep in for today? No! I have to do my very best to become the number one hero. No slacking off for me. Maybe I could bring something for her to rest on instead- I doubt she'd care to sleep on the sand regardless but...
"Izuku! I'm going to the store!" Good... That makes getting her out so much easier... "Okay mom i'm about to go out for a little bit i'll be back tonight! Love you!"
"Love you too dear-! Be careful!" The door closed. I turned back around to find Miyu drifting off into a sleep, I feel bad making her get up. "Hey girl... We gotta go soon don't fall asleep-" I patted her head.
"Whyyyy..." She asked midst yawning. "Because I have to train- but you can sleep when we get there?" She growled lowly in response and turned to face the wall. "C'mon..." But then it hit me. "Oh god you're probably starving-" I immediately ran out of my room to make her two packs of instant ramen. Usually I wouldn't let her eat this but now... She's- yea- I can't believe I didn't feed her last night when we got back, i'm such an idiot... I went back to my room to wait after popping it in the microwave. "Sorry Miyu..." I sat down on the bed beside her and patted her head. "You must've been so hungry..."
"I hope you like the ramen- it's nothing fancy but-" She piped up quickly, "Ramen!?" Her tail wagged at speeds faster than any modern car. "I get human food!?" I giggled. "Yea- you're not really a dog- so-" She scrambled out of bed quickly, bunching up the blanket with her feet. Even though she's human her claws still made scratching noises across the wood floors when she was excited. I walked back into the kitchen to find her sitting on the floor infront of the microwave, looking up to watch it. "Someone's wide awake now..." I chuckled, she didn't even bat an eye.
As the microwave finally beeped she practically jumped for joy, following my every move as I finished making the noodles. "Hurry up!" Her wagging tail hit me every waking moment it got the chance to, but I didn't mind. It was very soft after all. "Okay- okay-" I chuckled.
It felt like she'd finished it the moment I served it to her...
