Chapter 15

You close your eyes to calm yourself because you can't say you don't like it when he touches you. "Darling..." he says to you softly so Harrison won't hear "Tom, what are you doing?" , you ask him and turn around. You are very close to each other, so you take a step back, but Tom takes another step towards you. "I don't usually do this, but I want to apologize to you," he says, looking you in the eye.

"That must have taken a lot out of you, didn't it?" you say a little bitchy. "So the lady's getting bitchy now," he says with a grin. "What do you really want here?", you give out now, because you can't believe that he really came here just for an apology. "I have a small request for you" "And why should I help you now? After you yelled at me like that yesterday and fired me to boot" you grab your food and sit down at the kitchen island. "Please y/n" he's begging you a little now and wants to look you in the eye, but you just focus on your food. "If you tell me what that please is, then maybe I could think about it," you say now.

You notice he smiles a little, which makes you smile a little too. "I'd like you to play my wife," He says making you choke on your food. And look at him with wide eyes. "No! Absolutely not!" "Please, everyone in London thinks I'm married to my girlfriend and I already don't feel like hearing that I can never have a real relationship. Please," you look at him and you can see that it's very important to him. Immediately a thought came to your mind that he needs to fulfill so you'll play along with his games.

"I have a waitress!" you say to him who looks at you expectantly. "And that would be?" "Haz is coming to London after your award so we can support our mother. If you allow us to do that, I'll play your wife for this award," you cross your arms in front of you and look at him. "That's it? That's all?" he asks, thinking there's much more to come. "I'd like to get my job back," he grins at you and moves closer to your ear. "Can't say no to a beautiful secretary like that," you push him away from you slightly because you hear footsteps. "Ok Tom, shall we go?" asks Haz. He has changed his clothes and is now looking at Tom. "Where are you guys going?" you ask curiously, looking back and forth. "We're finally going golfing for the first time in months," haz answers happily.

So it was worth it after all to give Tom a piece of your mind yesterday. You automatically have to smile too when your brother is happy. "Have fun then," you tell 'em with a smile. Harrison walks out of the apartment, but Tom stops and turns around. "You should walk around in my clothes more often, they look really good on you," he comes closer to you and probably wants to kiss you, but you block. "Forget it Holland," you say and turn around with a flourish and head for the kitchen. Tom whistles behind you "nice ass," he smirks, but you simply roll your eyes and hear the door close.

Tom's POV

I'm walking with Harrison towards his car when he stops in front of the car and looks at me. "Is something wrong?"I ask, looking at him a little confused. "My sister is off limits to you, you got that?" he now says seriously. If he knew everything that has already happened, I would be a dead man right now. I swallow hard "Yes, absolutely," Haz smiles again and goes into the car. So sometimes there he can scare me pretty good. I get in the car with him and together we drive to our favorite golf course. When we arrive I quickly go to change and see that I have a message from work.

I ignored it and am finally enjoying some time with my best friend. Y/N was right. I have been so fixated on work all this time that I haven't even noticed how my surroundings are doing. When was the last time I visited my family. Come to think of it, it was a year ago for Christmas. When I'm in London for a few days, I'll definitely visit them. I went back to Harrison who is talking to a young lady. As I walk up to him, she suddenly looks at me with wide eyes and comes over to me. Somewhere I have seen her before.

"Tommy, good to see you again," she says, putting her hand on my arm. Harrison just rolls his eyes and starts walking to the first golf hole. "Do we know each other?", I asked her now, taking her hand off me. "Oh Tommy, don't be so stupid, we met a few weeks ago," she puts her arms around my neck and kissed me.

Y/N Pov

You sit on the couch and do a little work from home. Work needs to be done so Tom is up to date. As your phone vibrates, you see Harrison has sent you a picture. You smile, but when you see the picture, your smile immediately disappears.

Haz message: That's it for our golf game. You can't do anything with him anymore. He is always making out with someone.

You get mad because you really thought he would change. You just feel sorry for Harrison. So you take your golf stuff and ask Harrison where he is. When he sends you the address, you drive there. When you arrive, you see Harrison already waiting, he was about to go to your car when you get out and drag him with you to the golf course. "Y/N? What are you doing?" he asks you "What does it look like? We are playing golf together now, like when we were little". He smiles at you and together you drive to the first hole and start playing. When Tom joins you, you give him a nasty look. "I'm sorry. I couldn't get her away" he says now. "Hm. It's clear Holland. When you think you want to change, you think wrong un-" but before you could talk further Harrison puts his hand on your shoulder. "Y/N, it's ok. Give me a minute alone with him," he says to you calmly, looking at you. "Are you sure?"
