Chapter 05

[Jungkook's POV]

I hate it. I hate everything. This is the last thing I'd ever want to ruin the last bit of my life. Life can't be more messed up.

I need a drink. I think as I get out of my apartment an head to my car. As I drive, I get too deep in my thoughts.

Oh how we planned everything a bit by bit. How we dreamed about growing old together. How I promised her I'll get on my knees someday and propose her to be my wife. How she told me she'll be there everyday waiting for me to come back home to her. From the time we were so young till the time we were adults, we always talked about leading our life together.

"Yoona, i'll marry you someday. I promise. " I say as I hold her hand while walking slowly alongside the river.

"Really? How are you so sure? " She giggles. "What if I leave someday and you marry someone else? " Her 11 year old self asks.

"No that's not possible. I'll marry you and only you. There is no one else for me. And I know you won't leave me.

"Alright Jungkook aah. " She holds my hand tighter. "I promise I will marry you as well. "

"Oh my god! " She exclaims as a few drops of beautiful tears runs down her cheeks seeing the gift I got her for Christmas. I was on my one knee and holding out a promise ring to her. It had the letters K.Y and J.J on it.

"I love you Kim Yoona so much and I promise you one day I'll get on my knees in front of you like this again and ask you to be my beloved wife. " I say as I was smiling so brighty at her. "Will you please accept this little gift from me? " My 21 year old self asks her.

"Yes! Yes of course Jungkook. I would be honored to be your fiance one day. And then be your wife someday. I love you so much" She cries.

I get up and put the ring on there finger and lock our lips.

"Yoona? "

"Hmm? "

"Where do you want to stay after we move in together? " I ask her.

"Jungkook I know your workplace will be at Seoul. But since I was a child, I stayed here. I don't know if 'll be able to live anywhere else apart from my parents. " She says softly. "It'd be so hard for you but can we stay around here somewhere? "She asks shyly.

" Of course my love. " I say. "It's all your choice. I also thought about it. We can get a huge house right here and we  will be able to live so peacefully around our parents. And this place is so sound and comfortable unlike the city. " I smile as I look at her.

"After we get married? "

"After we get married. "

"I can't believe you are getting married before me! " Haeun says for the seventh time. "Like girl ! " She says as she holds out another pink bridesmaid dress out.
