Let's have a reminder in case anyone forgot their quirks :D
Giyuu's is the ability to manipulate water,
Rengoku's is to create reminiscent flames,
Shinobu controls poisonous butterflies,
Uzui creates voice-controlled bombs,
Muichiro creates mist out of anything they drink,
Sanemi's blood is basically beer that makes people drunk,
Gyomei can see (sense) things without actually needing to.

"Rengoku-san! Are you ok?" Mitsuri came over, as some medical experts came and cared for Rengoku's injuries.
The feeling of alcohol on his injuries made him wince a little, waking him up from his dazed stage.
The pillars, now patched, decided to venture deeper into the labyrinth.
They soon came across a small door.
Gyomei used his quirk to sense the demonic progenitor behind the door, as Uzui explodes the door with the bombs created by his quirk.
Muzan POV :
The door to the room I was in was exploded, letting out a large "boom" noise. Behind the door was the nine pillars..oh wait eight right now. They're not even pillars yet..tsk.
If they're here that means Kokushibou, Douma and Akaza have been beaten right?
Whatever. They're nothing but a few minor pieces in my plan.
Although I have regained half of my past strength, I can not longer regenerate my head if it's cut off by a nichirin blade.
There's still things I want to experiment on quirks..maybe one day I'll be able to reach actual immortality. But these guys..being nothing but nuisances.
3rd person POV:
Suddenly, the room fills up with fog, hindering muzan's ability to see. Suddenly, lots of butterflies containing wisteria poison swarms around the demon.
Rengoku creates a round slash around them, capturing Muzan in a cage of reminiscent flames as he leaps into the air.
Muzan POV :
Wisteria poison? Hah. How could this kind of poison harm me? Each butterfly doesn't even contain over 5 grams of poison. That's barely enough to kill a normal demon.
3rd person:
Suddenly, Muzan crouches down, covering his mouth. He head felt all spinny, as if he was going to pass out.
'I-it wasn't just the butterflies that contained poison! I got so distracted with the butterflies that I didn't notice the fog was also poisonous!'
"H-how." Muzan winces as he coughs out blood.
"HOW COULD I LOSE LIKE THIS?!" Muzan screams out, transforming into his final form as multiple mouths sprouted from his body, tearing up the flames and butterflies Rengoku and Shinobu summoned, and the fog that muichiro creates disperses.
Rengoku suddenly feels a chill go down his spine. He was still in the air, and he was vulnerable to any attack Muzan threw at him.
Expectedly, Muzan jumps behind Rengoku, arm whips ready to give an upwards slash that would pierce through Rengoku's torso.
Suddenly, a shield of water appears, and Gyomei uses the chains on his weapon to pull Muzan back onto the ground.
"G-Giyuu? Why are you here?!"
"Do not forget, that I, was also once a pillar of the Demon Slayer Corps as well!"

Rengoku: you consider yourself as a worthy pillar? Finally- *tearing up*
Giyuu: wait no-
Muichiro's quirk is that he can turn anything he drinks into mist so technically if he drank wisteria poison he would be able to create poisonous fog.
Also, under Shinobu's upgrade, wisteria poison no longer harms humans, instead, heals them of some minor injuries when drunk.
