There he was walking with the jocks and the populars in the school hallway. His dirty blonde hair falls barely over his eyebrows and is swept to the side. His light soft brown eyes are on his friend Ryan telling one of his famous stories. I watched Tucker knowing he's the only jock or popular that's not rude or cruel.

It's not that I have a crush on Tucker, I'm just fairly attracted to his good looks and charm. Ahahah yah right, I've liked him for a few moths now and still haven't told anyone, being the wuss I am.

"And that was about?" Skyler asks snapping me out of my daze and

"Oh nothing just trying to hear this days gossip," I say looking at my nasty cafeteria food.

"Come on Sam we both know you fancy Tucker stop denying it," she says clearly annoyed.

"You know I don't like talking about things like this but think I'm full anyway. See ya'll in history class," I say being the idiot I am for not standing up and facing my feelings. Which my best friend knows well by now.

On my way out I grab my backpack quickly and storm out in a fast paste and of course it's just my luck that I hit Jessica, the most popular girl out of 2,000 kids in our high school.

"Ew, get don't touch me. Now my shirt has your nasty drink on it," she complains.

"Oh I am so sorry. I didn't see you," I explain. Which was clearly stupid since she's super popular and always gets her way. Obviously she wasn't going to accept that and rather make a big deal out of it.

"Sure, now you better watch your back I saw you checking out my Tuck," she snapped getting in my face.

"I'm sorry I didn't realize you decided where I could look and look at people," I snapped back the only more stupid thing I could've done.

"I'm giving you your chance looser to either back off or I'll make your life hell if you try to even get near him."

"I'll choose who I watch and talk to without your stupid threats."

"Aren't you that freak with a boys name?" She says with a wicked smile suddenly turning the subject around.

"Um," I stammer trying to find a comeback but I know the best option is to run and not get into her way.

"Ha no wonder your leaving so quickly! No one wants to be around someone like you!" Since she's super popular the whole cafeteria laughs with her and I'm humiliated. Not just because everyone saw me, including Tucker, but I've been known for the freak what a boys name since second grade. So far high school was fine and after two years people thought my real name was Samantha, guess I thought wrong about everyone. So me being a wuss and baby started getting teary.

I run out of the cafeteria knowing half of the school is watching me. They all laugh at me and tears start spilling down my cheeks. I don't go to the bathroom or courtyard, no after the accident I changed, and I walk out of the building. I walk up to my sedan not caring that I'm ditching school.

And this my friends is how my story starts, a few weeks before summer break and free of problems. Or so I thought driving home.
