RECAP (This sums up everything that happened in season 4-beginning of season 5): It had been years later since Cersei's return. Shortly after, Raliana's uncle Renly came out of the shadow but shortly lost the battle to Tywin Lannister. Months later, their had been another trial before Jaimes and Cerseis, it was Tyrions. Cersei's trauma allowed her to accuse Tyrion of being a part of the plan to where Joffrey was murdered. Raliana strongly disagreed with this and fought aside her uncle, but her grandfather and mother wouldn't let her be his defendant. Tyrions mistress, Shae also Ralianas handmaiden went against him and said he was guilty, even though he wasn't. Tyrion demanded a trial by combat and had Oberyn Martell as his fighter. Ser Gregor was his oponent. As soon as Oberyn was close to victory, his ego got ahead of him and he was killed. So was Ser Gregor from the poison of Oberyns sword, but not for long. Qyburn brought the knight back to life, bigger, and scarier than ever. Later after Tyrion was sentenced to death, Raliana found Shae and Tywin dead on the privy. From Ralianas point of view, the idea that Shae chose her grandfather over her uncle hurt her, especially since Shae was one of her closest friends and she betrayed one of her loved ones. Raliana put the pieces together and figured out it was Tyrion, everyone knew it was him. He fled Kingslanding the day after. Jaime's and Cersei's crimes of incest were passed, which Raliana thought was unfair due to Tyrion being on trial for an unrightful reason. That proved that the Lannisters could get away with anything. But Tommen had become king, so it was passed. Tommen (14) and Myrcella (16) had grown older and can wed other princes and ladies. Even though they are bastards, they are still Robert Baratheons legal children by law and are still royals. Robb and Raliana have been writing back to back about how their lives were going and how Thalia was growing older (4). Since Raliana was the queen of the north she had to do her duties from a distance. In the middle of this Margaery Tyrell had been wedded off to Tommen Baratheon due to critical alliance reasons. It made both Queen and King of Westeros, which Cersei hated the idea of along with most of Westeros since the only exception with them was that Margaery was the South's favorite but not Cersei's. Raliana helped Cersei calm down through her bad saying of the queen. Since Tommen was king, Raliana gave reasonable political reasons on how the north should stay independent. The statement took a while but Tommen finally accepted it. Myrcella had been arranged to marry Trystane Martell, months after Cerseis return though. The thought that Myrcella was with the Martells scared her, not the house itself, but the Sandsnakes. Raliana had never thought this would be easy.
