THE next day, Sagittaria arrived at school, showed up to her classes and did the usual — pay attention, take notes, and participate. But it was almost as if her body was doing these activities by itself, as it had become routine; since Sagittaria's mind was elsewhere. The blonde thanked the fact that being an honorable and exemplary student had allowed her to wander into other aspects of her complex mind, more specifically Dovima Nurmi, without missing a word of the lesson.

Any other normal person would've been ecstatic if they had heard that their crush were interested in them as well; but that wasn't the reaction Sagittaria Flores had had — from the first moment Ivana told her about Dovima's so called true feelings, she felt baffled and skeptical, as she could barely believe this could be genuine. Not because Sagittaria had low self-esteem — she knew that, if Ivana wasn't straight, she'd have way more chances with Dovima than the blonde could have in her whole life; but that didn't necessarily mean she was ugly, right?

But regardless of what the situation was, the truth was that Sagittaria was still feeling iffy about Dovima. Could she be starting to lose feelings for Dovima now that she knew that Dovima liked her back? No, that couldn't be, as Sagittaria still didn't accept what her sister had told her as truth — heck, she didn't even consider maybe a tiny bit of it was veracious.

But Sagittaria wanted to — she wanted to trust Ivana and her words so sweet so badly; but something deeply within her didn't allow her to. So, in an attempt to receive a second, third or maybe fourth opinion, Sagittaria looked for her friends during recess; friends that, as they were mutual friends between Sagittaria and Dovima, could probably provide more information and possibly help Sagittaria solve this big doubt.

''Hey, guys!'' Sagittaria exclaimed as she walked towards her group of friends, with a warm smile plastered on her face, trying to hide her nervous expression.

''Oh, hi, Sagittaria. What a surprise to see you here.'' One person said, almost as a witty remark that caught the blonde off guard, but obviously tried to not show it.

''Yeah, yeah. I've truly been busy, and I've barely had any time to hang out.'' Sagittaria half-lied. Part of that was true — school had left her completely worn-out for the past few days, and she had barely had the chance to go out and party with her friends like everyone else did, causing them to distance. However, it had definitely somewhat fucked with Sagittaria's self esteem, as she was beginning to believe that no matter what she did, all of the people who were her friends at one time, could and would drift away from her sooner or later.

''Hey, I have something else to tell you, guys.'' Sagittaria nervously followed it up.

''Sure, go ahead. Tell us.'' A bunch of people said at the same time.

''Uhm, I have a crush on Dovima.'' Sagittaria carefully whispered.

''Dovima Nurmi?''

''Yeah, Dovima Nurmi.''

''The Dovima Nurmi?''

''Why does everyone keep saying that? Yes, the Dovima Nurmi! It's not like she's a celebrity or anything.''

''Okay, and what about it?'' Someone asked.

''I don't know... do you think she likes me back?''

''Oh, yeah, definitely!''

''Please, she's really, really into you.''

''She says she needs you so desperately!''

''To be completely honest, you two would make such a sweet couple!''

''Wait, wait, wait... So you guys think Dovima has a crush on me?'' Sagittaria asked for the last time.

''For sure, she has for the longest time.''

''Okay, thank you, guys.'' Sagittaria finally said, right before she turned around and walked away.

Sagittaria was beginning to get frustrated. As much as she wanted to believe the testimonies her sister and her friends had presented to her, Sagittaria could just not do it. Not at least she heard it from Dovima Nurmi herself. And the most baffling and discouraging part was the fact everyone seemed to know and be so sure that Dovima had developed so clear feelings for Sagittaria... but Sagittaria. In her defense, she had no way to be so sure about it.

Never in the six years that she had known Dovima had she felt that she had caught the other's eye, or had attempted to flirt with her in the least. And she was no longer a little girl, she was now fifteen, for God's sake. She was mature enough to notice if someone was hitting on her, or at least that was what she believed. Many would believe that what was happening with Sagittaria was that she didn't know how to take advantage of an opportunity, but she didn't see it that way. Anyway, she didn't want anything else in the world other than for Dovima to let her know once and for all.
