7 days. The tracker on my wrist said 7 days until I met my soulmate.
7 days until I go to see one of my favorite bands in concert. 5 Seconds of Summer.
I'm Kayleigh, but I prefer to be called Kay. I'm 18 years old. My room is covered in posters of my favorite bands, All Time Low, Nirvana, etc.
Maybe my Soulmate like those bands too.
My home life was okay, I had the average family, if you could call it that. My dad left my mom when my mom told him she was going to have me. He claimed that he wasn't ready for that kind of commitment yet. So, now I live with my step dad, Rob, my mom, Madison, and my little step brother, who's name is Connor.
My mom works at a local resturant, when she isn't working at the hospital. She tries her best to get as much money as she can to support our family, and we all appreciate that in the household.
Rob, he also works at the hospital with my mom, but he is usually a stay at home dad for me and Connor. When they are both at work, I am the one who takes care of him. Afterall, Connor is only 2.
I work at a local CD store, but only on the weekends.That is how I got the money to buy the 5SOS tickets.
The concert where I might meet my soulmate.

Was she going to be there? To watch me?
Was she going to be in the crowd, cheering me on?
So many questions that are unanswered.
I really hope I meet her. I really hope so..
