Chapter 5 - Celebration

After the brave golden beanbon stopped the angry Grizzo, the village has decided to celebrate her heroic act. In a short amount of time, everyone cleaned up the mess and started to decorate the place with silky ribbons, confetti, and other decorations to make the place pop. They decorated on the stands, decorated some of the houses, and some of the bushes and trees surrounding the area. Golda and Florin helped every bean out, they had fun helping everyone. Once everything was finished, they could finally celebrate.

Some beans shared some punch that they have quickly prepared when everyone else was decorating the area, there was a performance in the middle of the town where each performers did many talented acts, Trade Day still wasn't forgotten and beanbons was still trading with each other. Everyone was having a great time enjoying today, everyone except Florin, who was a bit nervous to be there with a bunch of people.

He was drinking some punch alone while listening to the nice melody from the performance, he wanted to talk more with Golda but he's too nervous to be the one starting the conversation. He stood in one place, taking a sip out of his punch every once in a while, being alone again and away from everyone else, until.. "Yo!" he was suddenly called by someone which made him jump a little "Oh! H-hi?" his eyes moved away frantically from his punch and tried to look for whoever called him, once he found them he layed his eyes on them. They looked like a golden puffball with cat ears, they had a little golden puff of hair in front of them and they had bone white angel wings, they wore a pastel pink bow with a pink diamond shaped gem in the middle on their head, they had muted red feet with dark brown eyes that shimmered in the sunlight.

They looked at Florin with a smile "Hi! Whatcha doin' here by yourself? Don't you wanna see the performance?" "It would be nice, but I'm just scared because I'm not really used to be around a lot of people that often.. N-not that everyone is bad! I just don't know how to talk to them, I guess?" Florin had a difficult time explaining his situation to them "Ohh I see, I understand ya! I was with my two friends and I wanted to get some more punch from here. Anyways, my name is Winya! What's yours?" Florin felt a bit more relieved to know that she understood him, he decided to continue the conversation with Winya to not make things more awkward than it already is "Florin, It's nice to meet you" "Nice to meet you too! Hey, if you don't mind, could I introduce my two besties that I mentioned a few seconds ago to you?" Florin smile grew by Winya's choice of words, he accepted her request and went along with her "Hehe, sure!" Winya gestured Florin to follow her, they had to walk through the groups of beanbons which made Florin slightly uncomfortable, he didn't want to say anything to avoid looking rude to others.

They finally made it to Winya's friends, who were chatting with one another "Are those your friends, Winya?" "Yup yup! I'm back yall!" she called out to them, they quickly recognized her voice and turned around to see her "Hi! What took you so long?" one of them spoke to her while they both walked up to them "Sorry for keeping you two waiting, but I brought a new cool person that I wanted to show to both of you!" Winya turned around to look at Florin, he puts a small and gentle smile on his face while waving at them with a slightly nervous look "His name is Florin, I've already introduced myself to him. I can introduce both of you to him though!" they both nodded with a smile "Florin, these two are Flufu and Cinro. You two, this is Florin!" they all shared a handshake with each other as Flufu and Cinro started introducing themselves.

Flufu seems to be a floating light blue puffball with no feet and floating golden paws, just like his name he has a fluffy apperance, he also had a puff of hair like Winya that has some gold highlights on it, he has cat ears with the tip being that same golden color he has with his highlights, he wore a bow tie that was identical to Winya's bow except that it had a purple hue, he had bright golden eyes that matches well with the rest of his looks. Cinro on the other hand was similar to Winya but he had no wings, he had an orange cream body and like everyone else he had a puff of hair that was a darker orange cream and had been styled to look smooth and swirly, he also had some hair a bit bellow his dark orange cream ears, he had orange feet and he wore that same bow tie Winya and Flufu wore that had a blue hue, he has small freckles on his face and his eyes were a dynamic hazel color.

They all talked to each other for a bit before bringing up the reason why Florin was here in the first place "And about Florin, I saw him alone while he was drinking his punch. He looked lonely and I wanted to give him some company and to see what's wrong with the dude, turns out he's nervous around other people" Winya said, Flufu raised an eye and he turned his eyes from Winya to Florin, looking at him with a small and surprised look "Really? I thought I was the only one!" Flufu suddenly felt a bit relieved "You mean.. You're also nervous around people?" Florin added as Flufu got a little excited, Flufu was relieved to know that he wasn't the only one with that problem "Yeah.. And don't worry, Florin! I think I know how to help you" Florin's smile grew hearing this, Flufu then gave him some advice on things that helps him when he's feeling anxious around others, he stuttered a bit on his words but Winya and Cinro lifted him up and helped him whenever he stumbled on his words.

While Florin was away with his new friends, Golda was watching the performances with Aki and Kuna from the very beginning. Another performance had just ended on a sweet note and she was getting ready to see the next one. After the performers walked out of the stage, a beanbon who wore a red bow tie came up and spoke on the microphone that was still on the same place from the start. They announced everyone about the next people who were performing "Ladies, gentlemen and everybody else! May I present you to the next and final performers for today's extra special event, introducing.. The Blitzo Gang!" Everybody cheered for the last performers as they stepped in one by one "Ooh, I really like their style!" Aki said while looking at the performers that consists of two waddle dees, one waddle dee with a mouth, and a purple wolf with a beautiful gem on it's chest.

They prepared themselves and began the show, it seems like the wolf was the singer in the performance. The wolf started singing the song's first verse as a little tune can be heard being played on the keyboard by one of the waddle dees, as the wolf sang more and more the instrumental started to add to itself and making the song more upbeat every time a new element has been added to the song "I've never heard any music like this, but it's very interesting!" it seems like Golda would get surprised every time she hears or sees something new in town, even if it's something small "Yeah, it's so.." it took Kuna exactly three seconds before continuing his words "Up? I don't really know how to explain it but it's pretty good!" Kuna enjoyed the music along with Aki and Golda, suddenly Golda can hear a familiar voice calling her name "Golda!" it sounded like Florin!

She looked around and spotted the green fellow looking for her, she waved at him which caught his attention "Golda, there you are!" he said walking up to her with his three new friends following behind him "Hey Florin! Who's the three new friends behind you?" she quickly noticed the trio that was with Florin, he told her about what happened while trying to leave the anxiety part out. He fortunately managed to do so by taking Flufu's advice and trying to act cool, he noticed that she also had two friends beside her "Golda, who are they?" he asked her while trying to not look at them for too long "They're Aki and Kuna, I met them yesterday while I was lost in this huge forest. It's a long story of how I got lost" Kuna has his attention on Florin, he quickly recognized him as being the one who got rescued and he spoke to him "Hey, you were that guy who got rescued earlier! No wonder I recognized ya, man." Aki noticed Kuna talking to him quickly after he said his words, he stayed silent and kept listening to them talking just for a little more "You know me?" "Yeah, I was with Golda the entire time that happened. Well, until she told me to get to safety" the trio caught up on their conversation and was also surprised to hear that Florin was the one who got rescued, everyone started talking to each other and listening to each other. Even though Florin still slipped up on some of his words, it seems like no one questions it and just went along with it as if he's not stumbling at all, he hasn't felt this respected in a very long time and he was greatful to be having this conversation while watching the amazing performance with everyone else.
