Chapter 1 - Lost Ones

Once upon a time, in a kingdom full of mostly beanbons and ruled by a king and a queen, a beautiful golden beanbon was born. Her name was Golda, she's a golden beanbon who was born with arms and hands, and she had pretty ruby red eyes. Her parents were so happy when she came to their lives, and the kingdom believed that whenever a golden beanbon is born it'll have goodluck for the rest of their lives, including their friends and family.

Rumors have been thrown everywhere just a few days later after Golda was born, while having friends can be nice her parents were overwhelmed when they started getting the same question of "can I be you friend, please?" and also receiving lots of gifts where they mostly say no to. And as she grew up that question was thrown a bit less at her since some had gotten used to have her around, and she now almost always wears a mossy green hoodie with brown shoes. Whenever she had free time she would always either help her mom cook or practice archery with her dad. And even though her dad didn't have arms or hands, he used to have a friend who was very clever at archery and that's why he knows so much about it. They were happy to be together as a small but joyful family.

One day.. The queen's son, Prince Aaron had decided and told her that it was time for him to get his beloved princess and he said that he knew who the perfect person was going to be. Prince Aaron was a normal beanbon who lived in royalty with his parents being the king and queen, he wore a small silver crown on his head and a purple and fluffy robe around him. He and his mother had a small talk before the prince went off to town to find his beautiful princess, when he took a few steps into town and walked to his destination, everybody greeted him happily which he was also happy about as well.

When he finally reached the end of the small town, his eyes sparkled at the sight of her. He had never seen her in person but this was the first time he saw her, and immediately fell in love by her gorgeous looks and her pretty shades of gold, he shook his head from the thought for a moment and stood tall and confident to make himself feel better, and shortly he walked towards her with bravery. Golda was buying arrows for her practice today with her father, when she was done offering the seller coins she was about to walk back home until she was pushed, making her fall and drop her arrows.

She grunted for a bit and picked herself back up, but as she was about to stand up she saw someone standing in front of her, she looked up and saw the prince offering a 'hand' with one of his ears to her which she accepted. Then the seller that she just had a deal with told them "hey uhh, the prince just knocked ya over there gal" she looked at the seller and back at him with a little bitter look on her face, "don't listen to them, here let me help you with this!" he bends over to attempt to pick up the arrows that he made her drop, he was struggling picking it up with his ears because of how thin the arrow was for him. Golda was tapping her feet and started to get impatience until she's had enough, she softly moved the prince away and picked the arrows up with ease, she then started to walk back to her home without saying a word to him.

The prince went after her and yelling out "hey, wait!" as he ran to her, she turned around and gave him a "what?" with a annoyed tone "ahem.. I am Prince Aaron, and I'm on a quest to look for my future princess and soon to be queen to be ruling by my side as a future king.. And I'm here because I know that you would be-" before he could finish his words Golda cuts him off with a simple "no thanks, I like being who I am right now." and walked away from him again, the prince was very confused by her response "huh? I've never seen anyone who has denied my offering, especially this big of an offer!" he thought to himself and decided to not give up yet.

He yet again attempted to make Golda her princess and soon to be queen by acting romantically to her, he grabbed a rose from one of the sellers with his ear and told them that he'll pay after this. He ran and stood in front of her making her stop in her tracks, she looked at him with a tired expression on her face "my princess, oh my lovely princess.. Will you please accept this beautiful rose I've gotten for you?" he said while handing out the red rose to her "you mean the one that I could just buy for a coin? No thanks, I'm not a romantic type" Golda denying his offer made him surprised again, he was about to say another word until Golda stopped him and spoke first "look, I very much appreciate your generous offer of this rose and trying to help me earlier I guess.. But look, I'm really not the perfect person you're looking for. I'm sure you can find someone better than me and more loving rather than bold, because I'm just not a good leader at all. So, good luck finding your true love Prince Aaron." and then she walked away from him to her home, leaving a very confused and sad prince behind. "sir, that'll be one coin please?" the seller said to the prince still waiting "okay..." he let out a sigh walked to the seller ".. Here ya go" he gave him a coin for the rose he bought.
