Okay so this is my first fan fiction. I know how everyone is obsessed with Dark and Harry styles. Trust me I'm one of those people. But there's not enough fan fics in my opinion about Niall. If your expecting a cheesy story where they end up getting married and such, then your going to be disappointed. I hope you enjoy and it begins now. :D Trailer on the side.

A/N from future: guys this was my first fan fic that I started writing like when I sucked at writing and I was kinda a carrot. Like my writing has improved so yeah. Warning.

Btw I now know that when someone's name is Elizabeth their nickname is Ellie, not Eli as I had spelled it. But i was unaware since I never knew an Elizabeth who was called Ellie.

So just bear with me please.

--------------------------------------

Eli's POV

I drop into my bed exhausted. My fingers are sore and I just can't grip onto anything anymore. People don't understand how exhausting being a maid actually is. Twelve hour days, five days a week. I feel drained, but I have to live with it.

My forehead is drenched with sweat, a few hairs clinging onto my skin unwillingly. I hold a scent of over used vanilla air freshener and fading scented deodorant and I don't think my skin has ever begged me for a clean shower more than this present moment.

My feet tiredly leave me to the small bathroom in the corner in which I immediately lock the door behind me and undress, already feeling fresher than a second ago when those rags were concealing me from fresh air.

My body is startled when the cold water touches my flesh, but I quickly feel it sink in with the temperature changing moisture that begins to soothe my every ache.

The shower in my opinion is the world's greatest invention right after chocolate chip pancakes. Just think, it's this thing that does not care if you sing, dance, cry, think, or just anything really. It's just there to do it's job while also being your friend that knows yet hides all of your vulnerabilities from the world.

After a few minutes, the cleansing enchanter finally frees me, finishing the clean of all the impurities that had stuck onto me throughout the whole day. I feel in a sense, lighter. Yet when I depart back to the bedroom, pulling down my cotton tank top over my head, this sense of unfulfillment rakes through my mind.

As I lay in my bed, snuggling myself under the dark blue duvet, I just look up at the ceiling and I try to hear something. Anything.

But after a while of not hearing even one sound, I realize that all i've been doing is staring at this sad piece of colored cement.

However, I still don't look away and I have no idea what my purpose is and why I just do this everyday until my roommate returns.

My mind goes back to reality as I hear a key unlocking the door.

Speak of the devil.

Sofy comes in, her hair in a high messy bun and her right hand rubbing the back of her neck. She must've had a hard day too.

I mean it's not really the easiest thing being a five star cook at a five star restaurant at a five star hotel like The Gold Fortune.

I'm just a maid, but even I can see how challenging it must be for her.

One slightly burnt piece of bread can lead to low estrogen filled wealthy ladies going on a rampage with their long overly done manicured nails and plastic faces, maybe even sueing the damn place.

I mean a maid like me can get sued too...

I mean I can steal or clean something wrong or....

Well people don't really blame maids anyway unless they misplace their ring and just think that I stole it or something to sell on the black market or some shit or that I'm just this poor girl that has never seen shiny things before and that when I saw the ring, I went all crazy eyed and just had to touch it.
