Third person's P.O.V

As we walked farther through the forest Pikachu and Twilight hear something from behind. Looking back they see Misty catching up to them. The two starters try to get their trainer's attention pointing behind them.

"Pika. Pi!"

"Eve!"

Upon hearing their Pokemon, the twins look at the yellow mouse and fox-looking Pokemon, curious about what they wanted.

"Huh? What's the problem, guys?" Ash asked?

"Pikachu!"

"Eevee!"

The two Pokemon looked behind them. The twins followed their line of sight to see Misty. When she noticed she had been spotted. She dashed to hide behind the nearest tree.

"You know, that we've already seen you. So hiding is very pointless right now," Alex pointed out with an eyebrow raise. She couldn't believe thought that would work. Hiding is ineffective if the person your hiding from watches you go to your hiding spot.

"Why are you following us?" Ash asked.

Knowing she had been caught, Misty gave them the first explanation that came to her head. "My bike. I'm holding you responsible for my bike.

"Still on about that bike?" Alex asked.

"If your brother wasn't stupid and stole my bike and destroyed it. I could've ridden out here by now," Misty said annoyed holding Ash accountable for her bike.

"If I'm so stupid how come you are still following us?" Ash asked a bit upset with the insult.

"I'm not following you. This happens to be the quickest way through the woods," Misty corrected.

Alex sweatdropped at this. Was Misty following them for the bike or just happened to be taking the same path? Make up your mind Misty. That saying you want cake but then decided to have ice cream instead. You can't just keep changing your mind.

Ash didn't seem to notice the change of reasons at all and simply turned away. "Fine do whatever you want then."

"That exactly what I'm doing!" Misty shouted at him

"This is going to a long exhausting," Alex muttered continuing on the path.

Pikachu and Eevee looked at their trainers then at Misty, before sighing at the way they were behaving.

Later that night...

The campfire cracked with radiant heat in the cool night air everyone was situated in their sleeping bags for the night. Ash lied down in his blue one sleeping. While Alex was sleeping in her green one. Eevee, Weedle, Caterpie, and Pikachu we're relaxing on a tree stump away from the fire.

"We better get some sleep, you guys. Tomorrow is going to be a big day," Ash told the four Pokemon. They all nodded.

"We'd all get some sleep if you'd shut your big mouth," Misty snapped from her bubble print sleeping bag.

Ash didn't appreciate the comment so he responded with a retort. "Don't let the bugs bite."

Misty glared at him, before they cut the talking, and went to sleep leaving the four Pokemon to start their own little conversation.

Pikachu and Twilight listen to Caterpie and Stinger as they crawled around and made gestures to describe the topic of conversation, which was how they both dream of evolving to their final stage. Caterpie looks over at Misty's sleeping bag and lowers its head, still sad at how Misty reacted towards it. Stinger glared at Misty before crawling over to Caterpie to comfort it along with the other two Pokemon.

The Next Morning...

Alex was laying down reading a guidebook on Pokemon strategies. While everyone else was still fast asleep near the burnout fire.

As Misty begins to wake up she spies a familiar friendly bug pokemon right in front of her.

3.....2....1....

"AAAAHHHH!"

A high-pitched scream rang through the forest, and even more so in the ears of the ones next to the source of the scream.

Ash and all the Pokemon we're woken up by Misty's loud shriek in fright.

"What. What's wrong? What's happening?" Ash asked babble in confusion still rattled by the scream.  His sister however was more annoyed her reading was interpreted than rattled.

"I'M TRYING TO READ HERE SO SHUT UP!" Alex demanded annoyed.

Misty however wasn't phased by her shouting since something else had her attention in fear.

"What is this thing doing sleeping near me?" Misty squeaked in fright. The thing in question being Caterpie.

Stinger gave Misty a powerful glare. Caterpie didn't do anything wrong, yet Misty was being a jerk to his friend Caterpie treat him like a thing instead of a living being.

Ash just laughed at Misty's words and smiled. "Caterpie just wants to be your friend."

"If that thing wants to be my friend, it can stop bugging me already," Misty snapped and then turned to Caterpie. "If you're a Pokemon get out of my face and into that Pokeball."

Caterpie was hurt by that comment. It was almost on the verge of breaking into tears.

"Misty! You've gone way too far!" Alex snapped at the redhead. She understands that Misty is afraid of bugs. Yet she couldn't stand bullying. Which is what Misty was doing to Caterpie. She then continued reading her book.

Alex was then again pulled from her reading by Ash reprimanding Misty. "You are so unbelievable. Caterpie means no harm. Why it likes you I'll never know," he stated. It was a mystery why Caterpie liked her with her nasty comments. Why Stinger can't stand her.

Ash then saw Caterpie crawling away in despair.

"Caterpie, what's the matter?" Ash asked as crawled similarly in his sleeping bag. Caterpie didn't answer and just went back inside his Pokeball as Misty wanted.

Ash got up and glared at Misty. "Okay Misty. You owe Caterpie an apology. Pokemon have feelings too, you know."

Misty looked guilty for a second but humphed and turned away. She jumped a little when Stinger growled at her. Misty then glared at it. "Oh just put a sock in it worm."

"Alright, that is it! Misty shut up now!" Alex shouted closing her book and returning her Weedle.

"Huh?" Misty asked surprised.

"This whole time you've been insulting the bug Pokemon like they don't matter. It's no surprise that Stinger hates you. What's worse is that Caterpie has done nothing but be nice to you, but all you have done is treat it like trash. I understand that you like bug Pokemon, but that doesn't mean you can't be nice to them," Alex stated. "Why Ash you could at least kept Caterpie from getting too close to her." She said turning to look at Ash who was talking to his Pokeball.

Meanwhile Misty looked down guilty and unconformable. She was scared of how scary Alex could be when she was annoyed. Through she was thinking that Alex was right. Her thoughts were cut short as a bird pokemon flew down into the grass. It wa a big bird with pinkish reddish feathers falling backward on the top of its head. It had tail feathers that were similar in color along with some yellow ones. They watched as it ate a small worm.

"Wow! A Pidgeottoo!" Ash exclaimed rather loudly. He then took out his Pokedex.
