Dorinda's POV.

Whew chile, I'm leaving the church after finishing up some paperwork for the Evangelist convention that we are having a couple of weeks from now, and chile to say I'm tired is an understatement so as I was finishing up I get a call from Greg telling me to get to the hospital it's time for nikki to have the baby, so I grabbed my stuff and walked out and got in my car and drove to the hospital and parked the car.

"Hi, I'm here for my daughter Nikki Cole." I told the receptionist that was at the desk and Mia walked up to me.

"Momma come on I know what room she is in she is waiting for you." She said to me.

"She wants me in there with her?." I asked me.

"Um yeah, I would go in there with you but I gotta makes some phone calls for nikki I have a surprise for her soon." She told me.

"Okay, what do I tell her?." I asked her.

"Tell I'm coming in once I get off the phone and I'm in the hall if she need me." She said to me.

"Okay, we need to talk about you and derrick anyways so come up when you can." I told her before entering nikki room and seeing deón standing there while nikki looked relaxed.

"Hey mom, they just gave her some epidural to numb the pain." He told me.

"Are you excited to become a father?." I asked him.

"Yes i am so excited that this day has finally came." He said to me.

"I'm glad you are excited." I said to him.

We talked until nikki woke up from her nap and she seen me we talked and the nurse checked nikki and she was almost there.

Mia's POV.
So after I left Nikki's door I waited in the waiting room with the aunties and the girls but I was on the phone with the wedding planner.

"So i was thinking maybe we can do a theme of what you guys love as a couple." Lauren said to me.

"Ooh that's a good idea, let me tell you I'll talk to derrick about it and I'll get back to you about it." I told her.

"Okay, perfect and tell your sister I say congratulations on the baby." She told me.

"Okay i will talk to you soon, alright now bye bye." I said to her.

After that I got off the phone and aunty jacky was discussing about the baby coming already and how we had the baby shower, but Nikki didn't want one but we surprised her with one.

"Mia, you excited to become an aunty for the first time?." Lank asked me.

"To be honest, lanky bear I'm actually nervous because I never really had a little human being call me aunty but I'm happy that the baby is coming." I told her.

"Yeah, just know in a few years or so you are next ma'am." Yanna tells me.

"Yeah, and we can't wait for that moment to happen." Jaebear said to me.

"Yeah, let us pray that nikki have a safe and healthy delivery." I told them.

And we all got up and stood took each other hands and waited for someone to start prayer.

"Heavenly Father, we thank you for this day you have given us, Lord we ask you to look on our niece and sister nikki as she get ready to give birth today, Lord we ask for safe and healthy delivery let everything be in your hands, Father God, we give you honor and we give you praise touch her with your mighty hand O God we know that you are a miracle worker and a way maker let everything according to your will and your word be done, O God touch and agree that you will be praised through the good times and bad times O Lord. In Jesus name we pray Amen." Aunty Karen prayed the prayer.
