Chapter 9

Danny was shocked along with Sam, Tucker, and Valerie once they saw this scene. The four couldn't even begin to imagine that Zack was working with Skulker.

"I knew that I shouldn't have trusted him!!!" Danny shouted in a fury while clenching his had tightly to the point that it started bleeding but Sam quickly held his clenched hand trying to calm him down.

"Hey guys, don't you think that Skulker is acting quite odd?" Tucker asked noticing Skulker's odd behavior.

"What do you mean?" Valerie asked along with Danny looking at him as if he saw a retard.

"Danny don't you look at me like that! And what I am saying is that Skulker is holding Dani quite loosely even if she is tied up the ropes are actually just enough to restrain her not harm her" Tucker said while Sam also realized this and remembered the times when Danny or any of them were captured and how they were treated.

"Now that you mentioned it... doesn't Skulker's atmosphere feel different than usual?" Sam asked.

"Danny what are you waiting for?!! Go ghost!!" Valerie shouted which surprised the trio.

"Wha-What do you me-mean?" Danny asked shaking.

"You forgot that Phantom introduced himself as Dani's cousin and you Fenton introduced yourself as Dani's cousin as well, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to piece those clues together" Valerie said with a teasing smile.

"Your not angry?" Tucker asked Valerie with concern.

"Of course not, now I feel like I am living for real this time, the hard work and saving up money to buy the things I want with my own money feels satisfying besides thanks to that incident my dad and I are closer than ever besides I understand why you would keep it a secret with your parent wanting to tear you apart molecule by molecule" Valerie said.

"Let me just say this, Cujo is not my dog but a puppy who died at that place due to the improvement in security thus not needing them which you can imagine his fate by now and second Dani is not really my cousin but my and Sam's daughter" Danny explained which surprised Sam.

"I already had a hunch but should you really be explaining things to me now? I mean your daughter is in danger you know" Valerie asked to which Danny just responded with.

"I'm going ghost!!!" Danny shouted his signature catch phrase as a circle of light appeared on his stomach then split apart towards his top half and bottom half changing himself from Danny Fenton to Danny Phantom.

"Nice" Valerie said.

"We're going ghost!!" Sam and Tucker also said as the same thing happened to them which surprised Valerie.

"Since when?" Valerie asked with confusion.

"Since yesterday" Sam and Tucker answered then Valerie also dressed herself up as the Red Huntress.

"Seems like we are not the only ones who need to explain" The trio teased Valerie.

"Har, Har, you knew from the start didn't you?" Valerie said which only made the trio smile enjoying it fully while Valerie also joined in.

"Let's go!!" Danny said as he flew straight to the natural portal along with Sam, Tucker and Valerie.

Now back to Zack, Skulker, Dani, and strangely Ember. Dani and Zack are currently sitting and enjoying tea much to Zack's and Dani's surprise that Skulker likes tea.

"Let me get this straight dipstick's child is infatuated with our twerp?! And our twerp is also infatuated with her?!" Ember couldn't help herself from laughing in the kitchen while asking Skulker.

"I know, I was surprised myself yet our twerp seems to misunderstand that his feelings are more like familial love" Skulker said as he couldn't help himself and raised a smile.

"Hahahahhahahaha!!! That's hilarious!!!" Ember laughed and fell to the ground while clutching her sides.

"On another note it seems that our twerp's change is going much faster than expected" Skulker said in a serious tone.

"Huh? Wasn't it only supposed to happen after this month?" Ember asked while Skulker could only sigh.

"Blame love, our twerp was shot with an ecto-gun courtesy of the GIW" Skulker said with venom laced in his voice when he said the acronym of a certain organization.

"They did what?!!!!" Ember couldn't help herself and blazed up in fury which made Zack and Dani shudder in fear.

'I can take on Dad but Mom on the other hand... I would rather fight the Ghost King than her' Zack thought which surprised him since he only unconsciously called the two ghosts as his parents but didn't mind to say the least in fact he was quite happy.

'Nope, I am not fighting an enraged Aunty Ember' Dani thought as she repeatedly shook her head.

"Twerp and Midget the four of us need to talk along with the Midget's parents and guardian namely the Whelp or Dipstick and his two friends and frenemy" Skulker said as his expression looked like he is nervous and concerned yet it was being masked with a stern one. Ember also has an expression like her husband's. However right at that moment their ghost senses went off three times which confused Skulker and Amber.

"Skulker!!! Give me back my daughter!!!" Danny shouted.

"Don't worry whelp, your daughter's fine I just want to talk" Skulker said in a stern way yet it didn't have any pressure behind it which made the four of them confused.

"Mom! Dad! Uncle Tuck! and Aunt Val!" Dani shouted and flew towards the four of them, Danny and Valerie inspected Dani for any injuries but they didn't find anything, in fact she smells like she had just enjoyed some high quality tea.

"See, I really just want to talk" Skulker said.

"Listen to him Dipstick, we ain't here for a fight but we need your help since this concerns about the well being of our son" Ember said which surprised Danny, Sam, and Tucker.

"Huh?!" The trio were surprised while Valerie was just confused.

"Okay first of all congratulations, now where is my little nephew?" Sam asked.

"More like will be your son in law" Ember replied which shocked the four of them while Zack who heard it nearly spat out the tea he was drinking for two reasons. One Skulker and Amber having a son, Two that Dani is getting married!!!
