I was sitting on the couch minding my own business watching a movie when the elevator opens and Pietro walks in with yet ANOTHER girl. Non stop. Every single day.
I just rolled my eyes and tried to ignore the fact it hurts me every time I see him with someone else.
I paused the movie I was watching and went to the kitchen to make popcorn and get a drink to hopefully get me to stop thinking about it. Just as soon as I got everything my phone started ringing.
"What dad I'm watching a movie."
"Cool now turn it off. Come to the meeting room."
"Seriously?"
"Seriously."
He hung up and I put everything down and went on the elevator and into the meeting room. "What's so important I need to pause my movie."
"You'll find out when Pietro comes down."
"Pietro? Why? He probably didn't even get your message he's too busy screwing a random girl he found."
Tony just looked behind me and I looked at him and realized Pietro is definitely behind me. I just sat down.
"I got the message."
"Yeah I see that."
Tony awkwardly sat there as me and Pietro stared at eachother hatefully.
He cleared his throat to move on. "Anyways. In 3 days you guys will be attending a huge event for SHIELD so we are figuring some HYDRA agents will be lurking around so you guys need to work together to get information from them.
It was quiet for a second until Pietro came forward "I'll do it but I want a different partner."
I looked at him and he continued looking at Tony. "No you guys are going together end of discussion." Pietro rolled his eyes and played with a pen he found on the table.
I stood up and walked out. I didn't want him to see my eyes watering up. I stepped into the elevator and everything just came out. It broke my heart for him to be ignoring me and hating me when I don't even get an explanation why.
Before I pressed the button he walked into the elevator. I wiped the tears away. "Are you going to press the button or just stand there."
"What is your problem?"
"What problem. I don't have a problem."
I was angry "You obviously do if you've been ignoring me for weeks."
"I'm not ignoring you."
"Then why don't you want to do this mission with me."
"Because I can't work with you right now."
"Why not."
He looked lost and confused.
"Because I lov-"
"Stop. I don't want to hear it. I'm done with all of your bullshit and I'm tired of you messing with my feelings." I pressed the button on the elevator, just wanting to get out.
"Amber please come on." He whined out.
"If you really loved me you wouldn't be sleeping with all of those random girls and acting like nothings wrong." I walked out of the elevator and straight to my room.
I was tired of everything hes done to me and it was time for it to end... maybe.
