|Chapter 6: Another Soul|

Ae-ri's P.O.V

Another boring day. Right now I am sitting in Jeongguk's study room.

Reading a book named
"Insanity" by
"Kim Iseul"

I was crying while reading it. He sure was a bad person a mafia leader but I can't.

"Why are you crying honey?"

"Min Jae died and Hyun is now alone. He was a b-bad person but loved his w-wife. He commited
s-suicide because he can't bear the loss of his wife."

"Min Jae and Hyun who are these people."

Jeongguk was confused

"They are the main lead of this book Insanity."

"Honey it's just a book. Don't worry they both hmm they both will be happy in heaven"

"He won't"

"Huh"

"He was a bad person and he killed a lot of people. God will punish him and he will be in Hell.
They won't be together even after they are dead."

I started crying again. Great why so moody?

"Ah shh baby don't cry ahh uhh they will be together in hell. See problem solved."

"What hell she was a nice kind girl why would be she in hell----"

Jeongguk's P.O.V

And she threw up on me.

"I'm sorr--"

"Shh it's okay. Don't worry."

I took her to our room. And called Bora.

"Bora call Dr Moon."

"Doctor no, No doctor. I don't need it."

"Ae-ri ah it will good if the doctor checks you. Look at yourself you look so pale and worn out. Don't worry I'll be here with you."

"No Jeongguk please I don't want to."

"Bora you can leave. But hon---"

"NO NO I DON'T WANT TO."

"Relax baby. I won't call him. Why are you crying shhh. It's okay. Let's just sleep."

I turned off the lights. Took her in my arms and covered ourselves with blanket.

"Goodnight baby. Sleep well."

Ae-ri's P.O.V

A week has passed and Jeongguk is still on a business trip.
I get it I was the one who pleaded him to go but now I want him back. I miss him.

"No Jeongguk you should go"

"But Ae-ri ah you are not well. I can't leave you like this."

"Don't worry Bora, Aurora and others are here for me. They will take care of me."

"But--"

"Go"

"No--"

"Go"

"Yah---"

"Go"

"Fine geez woman relax I'm going."

"Thank you"

"Bora shi please take care of her. If anything happens call me. Call Dr Moon if she isn't feeling good. Even if she denies or starts crying---"

"Still call him and tell her to rest and make sure she eats a lot and healthy food. GOD Jeongguk I know. You have told me this like thousand times. If  I can take care of you then Ae-ri is a no big deal."

"Yah Ae-ri ah don't laugh. Listen to what Bora says or----"

"It won't be good for you If I came to know that you weren't listening to Bora. GOD! man get a life."

Oops not again.
And now it's the hundredth time I threw up.

Ahhh why am I so irritated by everything.

"Ae-ri ah I think I know what's going on with you."

"What is it Bora shi."

"Take this and You'll understand."

"What?? I don't think so--"

"Just go Ae-ri ah."

Ae-ri came out of the bathroom all shocked.

"Bora shi I--I'm pre--pregnant."

She placed her hands on her stomach

"You are the lost star that me and your dad were looking for. Thanks for coming in our life baby."

She whispered softly.

"Oh my God! Ae-ri I'm so happy. Congratulations. Ae-ri you are going to be a mother and Jeongguk will be a father. Oh God! Jeongguk will be so happy to know that you are---"

"You are what???"
