|Chapter 17: Belamour |

Jeongguk's P.O.V

"Maybe it's her. I should go after that lady" I mumbled and went after that lady.

She turned towards the right and was walking fastly as if trying to run from somebody or maybe me.

I was still far from them so I ran towards her with all my speed.

She quickly entered her house and was about to close the door but I pushed the door and stepped inside.

Author's P.O.V

He was breathing heavily. He looked up to find Ae-ri hiding Sky behind her.
He was beyond happy. He finally found her. He was happy to find her daughter and wife. Whereas Ae-ri was  horrified. Panic was visible on her face. She closed Sky's eyes so she won't be able to see her father.

"Ae-ri baby!" He looked towards Sky, "Is she our daughter---" he whispered.

"Cut it Jeon. Get out of my house." She replied angrily.

"Ae-ri what are you saying?" He said confused.

"Which part of get out of my house you didn't get Jeon" She was burning in rage.

He looked astound. He couldn't believe that first his wife ran away and after 5 years when he finally found her she is telling him to go away.

"Are you crazy Ae-ri. First you ran away from me and now you are not even letting me meet my daughter and you!" His hear clenched to hear his wife saying this coldly.

"Yes I'm crazy Jeon. Now go back. We were living peaceful without you all these years, then why after 5 years you came back." His heart shattered hearing his love saying those words.

Jeongguk was totally broken. He couldn't get where he went wrong. They were happy then why suddenly out of blue her wife ran away.
For 5 years every single day he would only think "Where did I went wrong?"

While Jeongguk was in daze, Ae-ri took it as an opportunity, held Sky in her embrace tightly and ran outside from the back door. Sky was really scared and was shaking.

The shutting of the door pulled Jeongguk out of his daze.

Once again Ae-ri ran away from Jeongguk and this triggered Jeongguk a lot. His eyes were bloodshot and oh boy! He was so ready to take his wife and his daughter back with him. And this time no one would stop him.

He went after them, they were not far as Ae-ri was carrying Sky in her arms.

Maybe luck was on his side today. There was a dead end. Both Ae-ri and Jeongguk stopped. Jeongguk was a few steps away from Ae-ri.

"Jeon Ae-ri stop right there. You can't run away from me now. There is a dead end. You have no option other than going back with me." He said furiously because he was so done with his wife's behavior.

"No Jeon, I'll not"

"Ae-ri I'm asking nicely C.O.M.E B.A.C.K with me now."

"No Jeon---"

"JEON AE-RI YOU ARE GOING WITH ME RIGHT NOW!!"

"SHUT IT JEON--"

They both started shouting, forgetting about the innocent soul present between them. Doesn't it mostly happens...
