John Lennon. God I hate that kid. Just because he is a year older then me he thinks he can rule me. But guess what, he can't. Sometimes I wish he would just go die in a hole. He tried to be better then me but I know he won't be successful in life. At least I have a working guitar, he's always borrowing his mates. But his mate, man I've been crushing on him since forever. But I don't want to talk to him as he's John's friend. His names Stuart, that's all I know about him, I don't even know his surname.
As I walked into school, guitar on my back, I felt this to be a good day. We had double music first and a single music lesson last. I also had maths second then history after that. After lunch I had English where I have to sit next to John. As I walked into school I collided with someone.
"I'm very sorry" I apologised suddenly realising it was Stuart
"It's fine" he seemed a little hesitant "Do you want me to carry your guitar to music?"
"Oh that's very kind of you, if it's no trouble" I replied
Before he said anything he took the guitar from me to also shut me up. The two of us walked down to music together, the class where me and John hate each other the most. As we entered John glared at Stuart so I took my guitar back. Stuart went over to him before John whispered something in his ear while eyeing up me. I set my guitar down and pulled it out of the case. I sat down and began playing, not bothering to plug it into an amp.
"I think you might need an amp, Rosalind" John said in a snarky way while plugging me into an amp
I didn't even thank him as I watched him walk off before him and his other mate, Pete Shotton, began giggling. Stuart seemed a little on edge with this as he came over and sat next to me, not even saying a word. He just listened to me playing a bit of Elvis while watching his friends. The two ended up full on laughing but I ignored them, but it angered Stuart.
"Hey leave the girl alone, what did she ever do to the two of you?" Stuart defended
The tune I was playing had a distorted end to it as I looked up. Both John and Pete stopped what they were doing and looking to Stuart.
"Is someone siding with the girl?" John asked emphasising the word girl
"Just because I'm a girl doesn't mean you have to treat me differently" I almost shouted while standing up, letting my guitar fall into Stuart's hands
John burst out laughing at my defence but I didn't find it funny.
"She's trying to be funny" John said to Pete
"No im not, I'm trying to defend my gender from dicks like you" I raised my voice ever so slightly
Stuart put my guitar down and also stood up.
"I don't like how you treat girls, Lennon. That's why I'm siding with Rosalind" Stuart defended
John then tried to beat up Stuart but the two just got into a fight. I then tried to get involved to get John off of Stuart. This day wasn't going to be like I thought. The the teacher entered just as John threw me into the amp.
"Mr John Lennon" she shouted running over
She managed to get hold of John before he beat up Stuart too much. Then the head came to sort it out.
"Lennon, Sutcliffe my office now" he ordered
John and Stuart silently followed leaving me and Pete. So now I knew Stuart's surname. I glared at Pete before leaving the room. I wanted to make sure Stuart didn't get into trouble for this as he was just trying to defend me. I knocked on the heads door and he quickly came to answer. From what I heard when I entered John was trying to make it out like Stuart started it.
