Me: "Oh my god... girl I see them and you guessed it, there's no drink. So they did leave to leave and not to get that drink"
N: "Mmm...right" she said as Mark and Jimin approached us.

They then sat down and I immediately began looking away since I immediately got shy. This made Mark less confident and N noticed so she signaled me to look at Mark just at least once... so I did... I looked up at him...

We made eye contact and it honestly felt so intense... No one said anything though and we were all waiting for Mark's apology but since he wasn't speaking N decided to say something.

N: "Sooo... you met some of your friends..?" she said, obviously as a secret code for when the fuck is Mark apologizing as she looked at Jimin like he could do anything about it lool.

Jimin: "Yeaaah we did" he said as he looked at Mark, signaling him to start talking but he didn't say anything...

Jimin: "Right Mark??" he said once again trying to get Mark to speak the fuck up and this time he finally said something... was this the start of the apology?

Mark: "Right...uh...listen..." he said as he took as deep breath, getting ready to finally apologize to me and tell me what actually happened.

Mark: "As we all know...uhm...something happened yesterday, and I know... I know you're really hurt by what happened, and trust me I understand, but... I want to explain to you what really happened because it is not what you think" he said as Jimin and N made eye contact as they both finally felt like they made it for Mark and I.

I however, was lost for words. It was really happening, we were really talking about this...

Me: "Then what...what was the purpose...?"
Mark: "Well it's all one big misunderstanding. You see... it wasn't me you were talking to on the phone.. I didn't make you do whatever you did yesterday... and the things I know about that happened, are things I would never make you do..."
Me: "What do you mean I wasn't talking to you...?" I said, genuinely confused as I sure as heck got those messages from Mark's number, however I didn't know the full story yet...

Mark: "You see... I lost my phone at the party and I've been looking for it all day and all of yesterday, but-"
Me: "But you're literally holding your phone..."
Mark: "I know but... let me explain... so as I said I lost my phone at the party. I really wanted to text you yesterday but I couldn't since I didn't have my phone, however someone else did take my phone and they decided to text you, pretending to be me... so you would think we actually did talk and that I made you do all those things... does that make sense..?"
Me: "I guess... so you're saying I wasn't really talking to you yesterday...? I was talking to someone who pretended to be you...? Do you know how weird that sounds..?" I said as I looked at N, sending her a very disappointed look as I didn't buy Mark's apology at all... It just sounded like a lame excuse to avoid being under fire for what he did.

Mark: "I know it sounds weird but it's true... someone named Johnny took my phone because he was mad at me for ending the party and he apparently likes you too... uhm I mean... he likes you uhm... yeah... so he wanted to get you to think I was a bad person so we would stop talking and... god... I'm sorry..." he said as he suddenly blacked out.

He was so nervous while talking about this as he obviously felt I wasn't buying it, so he began to stutter and not to mention he accidentally said that he likes me... Omg... Jimin felt where Mark was going and he looked at him when Mark signaled Jimin to take over because this was getting too much for Mark...

Me: "I don't know anyone named Johnny though... except for my neighbor's toddler and my cousins fish, so why would anyone named Johnny like me...? I don't really know what to say..."
Jimin: "Let me explain everything to you, so I know this sounds really weird but you know I told you I was going to talk to Mark about what happened right? Well he was as confused about it as we all were... He really did lose his phone at the party so he couldn't have texted you. This might sound really weird too but while we were walking to the park someone named Johnny started talking to us and he had Mark's phone... that's when he revealed that he had taken Mark's phone because he was mad about the party ending and because...of some other personal issues but well the point is you didn't talk to Mark yesterday, you were talking to someone named Johnny, who just wanted to make you think Mark was this bad person so you would stop talking to him. You need to trust him okay? This really is the truth"
Me: "Omg..." I said as I hadn't even processed all the things Jimin just said.
