The rest of the teams were announced in succession. Most of them, I didn't care much for in the least. However, there was one group, that seemed pretty decent, It was team 16 with Hirata, Koenji, and Saya. Hirata is an excellent student in the class and, essentially, the class favorite and Kei's best host, until now. I knew Koenji was holding back, as he didn't seem to care all that much. Then we have Saya, who is an average to below-average student. It will be interesting to see how well they mix.

But I have my own problems here, starting with my own team. After the teams were announced Chabashira had one last thing to say.

Chabashira-sensei: Now that I have announced your genin groups, it's only fair to address who each of you will be working under. For every 3-person genin group, there is a jonin signed specifically to your team. They will be in charge of you until you either move up the ranks or are given another leader.

Everyone: Yes, Sensei.

Chabashira: As for the 2 individuals who failed the genin graduation exam, please stay after class to be put in a different class for the next year.

Ike: That's so stupid!!!

Yamuichi: Why??!!!

Chabashira: Up here, I have slips of paper you will share with the members of your group which give you the classroom and time you will come in tomorrow. You will meet your jonin leader then.

Everyone: Yes, Sensei!

Chabashira: Alright, if there are no more relevant questions, you are dismissed until tomorrow.

As we got up from our seats, a person from each group went up to receive a paper. I went to do the same but Kei stopped me.

Kei: Do you really think I'd trust someone like you to get our meeting time. I'll go!

She ran past me and went and grabbed the slip as she left the classroom.

Suzune: It looks like she isn't going to be a team player.

Me: You're one to talk.

Suzune: I-I can be a team player too!

Me: But it doesn't matter.

Suzune: Why?

Me: I already know the contents of the slip of paper.

Suzune: What? That doesn't make any sense. You didn't even see it.

Me: But it's obvious when you think about it. Our cooperation is already being tested.

Suzune: Oh, I think I know where you're going with this.

Me: Each of the slips have different times...

Suzune: But the same classrooms.

Me: Correct. We'll be meeting in this classroom, however, the times will be different.

Suzune: But how do we get the time, if Kei already ran out with the slip of paper?

Me: When everyone starting getting their slips, I noticed a pattern. They were ranging from the beginning of the morning to late in the afternoon. As I looked at Hirata's slip, from my seat, I saw his time was 30 minutes away from the previous group's team.

Suzune: Which means?

Me: I paid closer attention towards the group that went after us and their time was 9:00 am. That means, if we follow the pattern, we go at 8:30 to this classroom tomorrow morning.
