"WHAT?" I said almost shouting.

"I- How though? She's only ever been with Jeongyeon unnie and she would never ever hook up with a man." I started to spit words out.

"That's the thing. That's why I pulled you away." He said.

"Your friend is indeed pregnant, when we examined her body it didn't add up." He said.

"We don't think your friend intended to hook up with someone." He continued.

"We examined her body and she has multiple bruises and scratches on her. We at first thought these were hickies from her girlfriend. Until we noticed many cuts on her body, her face is bruised around her mouth. Her neck is also bruised as if someone tried to choke her. Many marks around her hips and going down her legs too." He said in the calmest voice to try and keep me calm.

I tried to hold my tears and kept listening to what he was explaining.

"When the paramedics were at your dorm the also observed to figure out what they could. We did notice she was wearing long sleeves and jeans. On top of that she had a hoodie on, assuming that was to cover anything on her neck. She obviously climbed into the bathtub before she went unconscious."

"Now that I think about it, Nayeon always goes and sits in the bathtub when she needs to cry or relieve stress. This is all making sense." I mumbled out loud enough for the doctor to hear.

"We hate to say it, But we do believe your friend Nayeon, Is a victim of rape. We also believe this didn't happen today, or yesterday. This had to happen at least week ago. It's usually too early to confirm if she's pregnant or not, but we did blood work to see what caused her to go unconscious and when we did, we also got this as a result." He continued to explain.

"Maybe your friend was too scared to come out about the issue. We understand it's a very hard thing to tell others. Most woman keep to themselves. We hope you can get her to open up about this. When she does awake, we will have the police visit her and ask a few questions about who could've done this and if she would like to press charges against this person." The doctor finished up.

I could feel tears build up on the inside, but I had to stay strong. Not for me, but for Nayeon. I went and sat back next to Jeongyeon. She was awake and on her phone.

"Oh you're back. Is Nayeon okay? Did they tell you yet?" She asked many questions.

"She's not awake, but the doctor did come by and said she's okay, she was unconscious due to a head injury." I told Jeongyeon not telling her the full story.

"Phew. We should tell the others then." Jeongyeon said with a relieved smile on her face.

I wish I could have that same smile on my face Jeongyeon, I truly do. I know you're gonna be so hurt when you find out.

"Uhm, Jeongyeon i'll tell them you should get more rest." I told her.

She nodded and laid back down the chair.

I stood up and walked to the room where Nayeon was staying. She slept so nicely. I didn't want to wake her so I just walked back to the hallway and down to the window.

It was already late. The cities lights were showing. It looked so pretty. I remembered I should inform the others about Nayeon.

I facetimed Mina.

"Hai?" Mina said when the facetime connected.

"Minari, We found Nayeon. We're at the hospital and Nayeon is okay. You can come in the morning if you want." I told her with a relaxed face.

"Ah that's a relief, that means we'll have Sooyeon tonight huh?" Mina chuckled.

"Yea, and maybe for a few days too." I said low enough for just Mina to hear.

"Hm? What do you mean by that?" Mina questioned.

"Go to an area where it's just you." I told her.

"Okay go on."

"I haven't told anyone this so don't say anything. Not even Jeongyeon knows." I assured Mina.

She just nodded.

"Minari, Nayeonie is pregnant." I told her.

"Eh? Pregnant. That's good for her, I didn't know her and Jeongyeon were trying." Mina said with a smile on her face.

"Mina. They weren't." I said looking away from my phone.

Mina's smile dropped quickly.

"D-did she cheat on Jeongyeon?" Mina asked.

"No." I said short and simple.

"Omg. Jihyo. A-are you being serious? Like really serious?" Mina said with teary eyes and a cracked voice.

"I wish I wasn't." I said finally letting my tears drop.

I could hear Mina crying through the phone. She was hurting too. It's sad that she quickly picked up on what I was trying to say.

"We'll be there 9am tomorrow." Mina managed to say.

I just nodded and ended the call. I looked back out the window and sighed. Why Nayeon? Why her? She has a great life planned out. She has a girlfriend that's soon to be her wife. She has a son that she loves a lot. She has friends that are her family. She doesn't deserve this. I finally let all my tears fall. I felt a hand on my back.

"Jihyo why are you crying?" Jeongyeon asked.

I couldn't tell her. It's not my place to tell her what happened, so I stayed silent.

"Jihyo? Come on tell me what's wrong." She asked again.

I hate lying to her but I had to, "I'm just glad Nayeon unnie is fine." I said forcing a smile on my face. I'm glad she believed me.

"Come on let's go to unnie's room." I told her.

We walked to her room. Nayeon was awake. Jeongyeon quickly went to her and hugged her.

I could hear Jeongyeon start to cry.

"Pabo, don't scare us like that again." Jeongyeon said.

"I won't, I promise." Nayeon said back to her.

I just stood at the door and let the two cry together. It was a beautiful site actually.
