Peter's POV
"This is too slow, Peter!" Kate calls to me. "We need a car or- look!" She points to a car pulling up to the school.
"Isn't that Flash's car?" I ask.
"Yeah, come on!" Kate yells. She lands beside the car. Flash jumps. "Hi, remember me? I need to borrow your car." She's doing a weird accent.
"Uh, technically, ma'am, this is my Dad's car, so-," Kate cuts him off.
"Listen! It's an emergency, okay? And don't worry about Kate. She told me to tell you she's sick and can't come. Now, come on!" Kate says.
"Oh-ok!" Flash gets out of the car and hands me the keys.
"Thanks." I say, getting in the driver's seat. I go to pull out into the street. Kate yelps and yanks the steering wheel, and the car barley misses a bike rack.
"Haven't you ever driven before?!" She demands.
"Uh, only with May. In parking lots." I admit.
"Ugh, we don't have time for this! Switch with me, now!" We switch, and she drives.
I make a call to Ned. "Hello, Ned? Hey, hey, hey, hey, can you hear me?" I ask, putting it on speaker
"Go for Ned." Ned say.
"Ned, I need you to track my phone for me." I say.
"Okay, he just passed the GameStop on Jackson Avenue." Ned says. "Hey, are you driving?"
"We're in Flash's car." I say.
"I'll pull the specs." Ned says
"Okay, you're on speakerphone." I say.
"You stole Flash's car. Awesome."
"Yeah, it's awesome. It's awe... Look out!" Kate nearly crashes into another car.
"Peter, are you okay?" Ned asks.
"Hey, have you gotten through to Happy yet?" Kate asks.
"Yeah. I'm working on it. I just gotta backdoor the phone system." Ned says. "Guy in the chair." He mutters, sounding satisfied.
"Hey, Ned, how we coming on with those headlights?" I ask.
"Uh... Round knob to the left of the steering wheel, turn clockwise." Ned says.
"Left, Kate. Okay. Okay, perfect. So where's my phone now?" I ask.
"Um... He stopped in an old industrial park in Brooklyn." Ned says.
"What? That makes no sense. I thought he said he was going out of town!" I say.
"Weird. Oh, I reached Mr. Happy. Don't think he likes you, by the way. It sounded like he was catching a flight. He said something about taking off in nine minutes." Ned informs me.
"What?" I ask.
"He was surrounded by a bunch of boxes."
"Boxes? It's moving day. Peter, it's moving day! It's moving day! He's gonna rob that plane! We gotta stop him!" Kate says.
We drive down an empty road at a high speed.
"Okay, slow down. You're getting close. It's on your right." Ned says.
"What?" Kate asks, eyes on the road.
"Turn right! Turn right!" I yell. I shoot a web to make a sharp turn. The car crashes into a streetlight and is almost overturned. It slides down the road on its side, then finally screeches to a stop.
