The War { Gray X Reader } #2 IN GRAY X READER

Imperfect people, Imperfect World

We were running to where the screams and cries kept roaring.
"Why are we fighting!?" Lucy shouted. "Because we took too long! Plus we didn't convince the guy, we killed him!" Gray said running next to me.
"It doesn't matter anymore! We need them to stop fighting! Natsu!"
"What?" Natsu asked.
"How loud is a dragons roar?"
"Igneel's was pretty loud so I'd say loud enough for most of Fiore to hear, why?"
"Good." I respond and keep running foward. "Where are you going?" Happy asks.
"You go to the battle field. I'll meet up with ya later!" I say turning to face my friends.
"Don't do anything stupid...okay?" Gray says worried.
"Trust me! This isn't stupid!" I smile and run up to the hightest cliff in Fiore. The One Gray And Me, rested on not so long ago.

I look down and see humans and wizards at war...
"EVERYBODY STOP!" I roar across the land. Covering their ears, wizards and humans look up to where the sound was coming from, only to see me instead.

"Why are we doing this? This-this war? Don't you guys get it? We are all equal. Humans and Wizards can be sisters and friends, I bet you most of you all have a wizard relative, and you want to kill your own blood? If thats the case we are all animals. We lived in peace with each other, Wizards and humans hand in hand. I used to be a full blood human, Now i'm a Dragon slayer, And you know what? I've been around humans. My mother was one. One Of them sacrificed themselves for me...And i've hung around wizards, the wizards of Fairy Tail, the most strongest guild in Fiore. And You know what? They were like Family, They didn't care if I was human. I don't care what or who, you are if you have a good heart, thats all that matters. Are we really so selfish and ignorent to pick sides? We Are ALL Humans. And we were created imperfect. But you see, that doesn't matter. Because we are all born good. Some of us just had horrible experiences. My father lost his magic to wizards; his own kind. But a human; his own son!- killed him. Now you tell me which one is bad. Both. Humans and Wizards can both be evil, we realize that. We shouldn't judge someone based on what they are, because if you do you're evil, wizard or not. Weather a wizard killed a human or the other way around just proves, that just that person is evil, not their whole kind. Let me ask you something. Why are you doing this? Freedom? That can't be because I saw us not too long ago laughing and talking with one another. I saw us being free, all of us. Living our lives. So no, it can't be freedom. Is it because of that stupid note? Are you really going to listen to a note? or listen to your hearts? Is it because something bad happened to someone you love by the other kind? What did I just say? It was only that person. I want you to look at each other. What do you see? I see humans and wizards fighting for nothing. I see humans and wizards lost in their own worlds. I see... Imperfect people, in an imperfect world. So I say...Do what your heart wants. Not what you think it wants. And I see a future where peace exsists again..."

~3rd person~

The Humans and Wizards Look at each other with regret. And they see something from that that girl on the cliff spoke about. They see peace. As humans and wizards drop their weapons and stop casting spells, they reunite as one, in hugs and forgiveness.

Gray looks up at the girl who was just another wizard, become a hero. And he saw a future of love with one another, and a future with (Y/N). His eyes glimmer with hope and he too, hugs his fellow friends in Fairy Tail and in all of Fiore.

Juvia looks at Gray admiring the bravery of
(Y/N) and she knows she never loved Gray. She looks at (Y/N) and silently thanks her for being her friend in Fairy Tail.

Hotaka Jr, barley breathing heard everything (Y/N) Said.
"Maybe there can be a future.. A future of love and hope...Thank you...Sister." and he finally lets his soul rest happily.

(Y/N)'s whole family, including Jr and Hotaka gather around watching their, daughter and sister sprout from her shell.
"We've raised a better child than we thought, haven't we?" Ksumi says patting her 2 daughters.
"I Should've been there to watch her grow up into the woman she is..." Hotaka says.
"You can start now daddy!" Jakana Says.
"I know I get to be in heaven for only a couple of minutes, but I'm sorry I took away all of your lives.." Jr says now in tears.
"We've forgiven you" Ksumi says.
"Yeah big bro!" Jakana giggles.
"I mean we can eat all we want up here!" Seikun grins.
"Yes my boy, we've forgiven you indeed. I Love You, Son." Hotaka says placing his hand on his sons shoulders.
"Now we can all be together!" Seikun says
"Yeah, We can all watch (Y/N) grow up now! As a family!" Jakana states.
"Thank you...For forgiving me of my sins...Goodbye, My family. Goodbye, my younger sister..." Jr whispers as he forever vanishes from heaven. The family continues to watch their Beloved daughter stand on that cliff. That special cliff.

~Your POV~

When everyone stopped hugging, they started chanting the words of my family, "Fai-ry Tail!, Fai-ry Tail!, Fai-ry Tail!" Over and over again. "Hey..." I hear a voice call from behind. I turn around.

"Gray about that ki-" I was cut off from his soft lips press against mine. I wrap my arms around his peach neck and his hands cup my face. The kiss was magical. Our tongues danced together, our souls colliding into one. my eyes slowly close and I fall on cloud 9. When we break the kiss his forehead presses against mine.
"I always did love you... (Y/N) (L/N)..."
"I always loved you too..." I say blushing hard. My heart was beating faster and faster every second we stayed like that.
"Come on...The guilds waiting..." He says and interlocks my hand with his. We walk down the cliff, with the moon high above us.
