Chapter 6

I wake up to my mum gently shaking me "come on Em, today's the day you choose your destiny".

I roll over.

"Come on Em we can't be late". says my mum.

"Okay mum" I say.

I sit up and look at my mum smiling at me, she pulls me into a hug.

"Remember Emily whatever you choose I will always support and love you" she says.

"I love you too mum" I reply.

She stands up "i'll see you downstairs in a about 15 minutes to do your hair".

I nod and then my mum leaves the room.

I get up and make my bed, then I go over to my wardrobe and choose my outfit for today.

I put it on then I go and brush my teeth, I apply some makeup and then I pick up my hairbrush and my bag with hair bobbles and grips in and then I go downstairs.

My mum was sat down on the sofa with her laptop, she puts it down next to her and then gestures me to sit in front of her.

I hand her the hair stuff and sit down, she brushes my hair and ties it into a braid.

I stand up and then my mum leads me out of the house to our car.
