A fair few wines later we are staggering home. Giggling and being silly. We have stayed out a lot longer than either of us was expecting. We get to Lori's first and I hug her, again too tight for her liking. "Jesus Kaa, release me from your grip will ya!" I do but slap her on the arm for not loving my hug.

"I'm so happy for you baby girl! You are moving to Korea for love! You two are really good for one another!" I say, stumbling and falling over on to the pavement outside her outer door. I pull myself up and lean my back against the wall. I can't help it but I start really sobbing. She flips down next to me and puts my head on her shoulder and strokes my face. "I'm sorry" I announce, "I am going to miss you so much though. You are my everything. What am I going to do without you?" She softly shushes me, and carries on stroking my face. "Aimee, it will be ok. It will all work out for the best. Let's wait and see what Namjoon has to say about mine and Yoongs news, it might start a conversation between you two".

We stay on the floor for a fair few minutes, me just shuddering every now and then with emotion and her holding me like she always has. I definitely wouldn't be alive now if it wasn't for her and her strong will to keep me upbeat and positive teamed with her unwavering love. She has seen me through my toughest moments. My grief after my Nan died, the dumpings and the then the last betrayal by the dipshit ex.

I tell her to go in and I will be fine getting down the road to my place. I kiss her on the cheek and we help each other up from the cold concrete. She hugs me and wipes my eyes. "Text me when you get in please" she says sternly. "No falling straight asleep and letting me think you are dead in a ditch". I laugh and say back "where are there ditches in Bow!?" She opens her door and disappears of inside.

I walk the next 10 minutes with my head bowed, winding down the road, unable to actually get my legs to step one in front of the other. Magically I make it to the outer door of my block and get the key in the lock when I am grabbed from behind and flung to the floor. Everything happens in a blur, but I feel sharp pains in my ribs and the wind leaving my lungs. I try to catch my breath but I feel like someone is standing on my chest. My shoulder feels like it's being removed from the socket because someone is tugging at my hand. I try to get up, still unsteady on my feet from the alcohol, and now more so because I think I bashed my head as I fell backwards, but my legs don't work. I try to scream, but a muted low pathetic noise leaves my throat. I try again to get up but get a searingly hot throb across my face on both sides and everything goes black.
