.Retrieving Leon.

Ew, this vent is so disgusting! I thought while brushing mountains of dust off of my shoulder. Shit, the vent goes directly up! It's not high though... Perhaps I could jump? No, No! I'd probably set off a motion detector or make loads of noise. I cursed. Suddenly, I hear a loud noise behind me. I turn around quickly to see a rat running towards me. The rat run pasts me and jumps up, trying to get to the top of the vent. It fails however and falls back in front of me.

"You just summed up my entire life story, little rat." I giggled quietly. Enough games, I need to get up there but how... I thought while watching the rat carefully. 

Fuck it, I'm jumping. I thought while jumping up, the vents not making as much noise as I thought it would.

"Are these vents... sound proof? Why didn't I ask..." I sighed. "Well, nothing I can do now. I have to press on!" I added quietly.

As I'm crawling through the filthy vents I couldn't help but think what would happen when I revive Leon. I mean... I'm sure he won't attack me or anything? He did die while struggling so he might lash about a bit... I thought biting my lip.

For some reason, I was excited. I don't know why, but I was. I didn't know how to explain it. You could say I was waiting for him to give me the look of disbelief Sayaka had on her face. Especially when they both meet again in the same room. Thinking about it now is making me all fuzzy inside. I haven't felt this way in a long way thanks to always being alone on missions...

God, I'm so weird. Anyways, I better hurry up. Mukuro can't wait for me forever. I thought while coughing at the dust. 

Eventually, I managed to reach the bio lab, the room Junko keeps all the dead bodies. I jump in the room, shivering at the cold temperature. I see lots of door closed, one light shining and the rest turned off. 

I open the door carefully to reveal a cover over Leon's broken, bruised body. A big wound on his forehead from where the last baseball hit.

"Poor Leon...." I said quietly, quickly healing him. As soon as I finished I stretched, closing the door's section he came from. I then put him on my back and start crawling through the vent.

Thank the lord these vents are high enough. I'd have to wait for Leon to wake up in that freezing room if they were shorter. I shivered, feeling my body start to warm up again.

After 10 minutes, I made it back seeing a Mukuro wave while noticing Leon on my back. 

"You're back! And you already healed Leon? I wanted to watch you this time..." She pouted. 

"Sorry Mukuro, I can't let anybody know how I do it. It's protocol." I replied, putting Leon down next to Sayaka who just glared at Leon.

"Do we have to be in the same room...? What if he tries to kill me again thinking something stupid?" Sayaka asks, scooting further away from Leon.

"Sorry, but I can't keep you anywhere else. Don't worry, We'll be here when he wakes up if that eases your worries." I smiled.

"As long as it's you who protects me I'll always know I'm safe." She smiled back. "You saved me Anon'.... I'll always be in your debt." She added, smiling more.

"Good to hear. It's not normal for this to occur so I'm glad you're grateful." Mukuro scoffs. "No need to be so jealous Mukuro..." I sweat-dropped.

"Anyways, when Leon wakes up I'll be telling you something important...." I said. "But why can't you just tell me now?" Sayaka whined.

"Patience, Sayaka." I whispered, making her blush slightly. I then walk over to my desk, pulling out the dress I started making for Sayaka when everything was still normal...
