"[*Napstablook wished he wasn't here.]" Roy presses the *ACT button with stubbornness. [*cheer] "Hey, ghost pal, it'll be fineeeee..." Roy had tried to say awfully forced. "Heh... " Napstablook had started his attack... OH GOD WAS HE CRYING BULLETS??? This was awkward... Roy started to dodge the tear bullet-projectiles. Which was kinda hard to do since there were so many. "[*This ghost doesn't seem to have a sense of humor]"
[*joke] "What kinda car does a ghost drive?" Roy had asked Napstablook, "I dunno... sorry..." Napstablook's depressing voice had apologized "A subaroooo." Roy had finished the joke. "Heh... Heh... that was a bad joke..." Napstablook looked a bit better.
Not really feeling up to it right now, sorry. "[*cheering has seemed to make Napstablook a bit happier now, he wants to show you something!]" "Hold on let me try it on... I call it Dapper blook... How do you like it?" Napstablook had formed a rather dapper tophat out of his tears. "It makes you look like a dork." Roy had said not thinking twice. "Oh... ok..." Napstablook had put his hat away... "[*Good going doofus, now Napstablook is gonna cry harder!]" And Chara was right, those tears came down more and faster. [*apologize] Well that was a new *ACT option, but he wasn't going to give in like that just yet! [*cheer] "I-I meant dorky in a like a good way!" Roy had tried to turn the accidental insult into a compliment. "Thaaaaatt'sss noooooottt whaaatttt that means!" Napstablook sobbed. Napstablook's tears had hit Roy causing him to lose 4 out of 20 hp, that hurt. [*Joke] Roy tried to tell a joke, but it was hard to hear what it was through Napstablook's hard sobbing.
Roy had rolled his eyes and sighed, there was only one *ACT option. Not really feeling up to it right now,sorry.[*Apologize] "H-Hey... Look, I'm sorry Napstablook..." Roy gave in. "Really? You mean it?" Napstablook sniffled. "[*Napstablook's mood cheered up a bit.]" The next attack was the tears, yet again, but they were lighter and weren't as many. [*Apologize] "Yeah I mean it." Napstablook's frown turned into a small smile. "Thanks... Sorry to inconvenience you... I-I'll move... M-maybe you should visit me in Waterfall sometime..." "[*Napstablook was spared! 0 EXP 0 G gained.]"
"That, was awkward." Roy had stated moving onto the next room, there was one of those stars, he touched it. [*The smell of freshly stolen cheese fills you with BRAVERY... save.] "To be honest, I think the most awkward bit of it was you trying to apologize to Napstablook." Chara chuckled, "It's like the first time you have ever apologized to someone!" Roy remained silent walking through the ruins.
The next room was full of froggits that Roy couldn't understand, and when Chara had translated, he had decided he had no use for their words. "But seriously though, why did you have such a rough time saying you were sorry?" Chara inquired. "Buzz off!" *ring ring* "Hello Roy! I have came to call due to the fact I know I am taking longer than I said I would, but I now realize there are a bunch of things for you to pick up down there! You might not want to pick them all up though, then when you found something you really like, you wouldn't have room! Goodbye my child." *click* "She didn't even give me a chance to say anything that time!" Roy exclaimed. "Yeah Toriel does that sometimes. Onwards to the next puzzle!" Chara took hold of Roy's hand and tried to drag him along, but due to the fact the were a ghost it didn't work. "Alright, alright." Roy followed Chara.
"Hey Chara, I have something to ask." "What is it Roy?" "There were 7 missing kids reported to go missing on Mount Ebott, not including myself, but Toriel only said there were 6? What happened to the 7th?" Roy questioned. "The 7th?" Chara took a deep sigh, "There were 7 humans before you, 1 human had fallen before the monster's 'kill all humans' rule came... That human was the reason why that rule exsists and why so many are after you... How about I'll explain later but not right now where it looks like you're talking to air." Chara had sighed once more, but this time it sounded more like grief than anything. Roy had cleared the next two puzzles, with flying colors. Which isn't saying a lot due to how easy they are but the entire time the question Roy had given Chara caused a deafening silence, you could probably hear a whimsum from here.
"That's the last puzzle before you reach Toriel's Home, be thankful if she doesn't lecture you." Chara had let out. Roy had headed Northen, nodding to Chara's input.
"Oh dear that took longer than I- Oh dear! Roy how did you get here? I do suppose I left you alone for quite a while. Now follow along or the snail pie will be cold!" Toriel went inside the house. The same old gleaming star was nearby, [*Seeing such a nice, warm, welcoming home in the ruins of all places gives you BRAVERY... save.]
