Chapter 2

Haven't seen the woods in a long time as well.

The child thought as she stood there emotionless outside before walking inside the shed to turn on the small tv with the remote that was on the table.

(Y/N) switched each channel with the remote control until the news that her aunt always watches appeared. (Y/N) wasn't worried that she is still in the shed since her aunt will come late. She still has time.

"Good afternoon! It is 4:53 pm. Here reporting about the unsolved case of the (L/N) family massacre."

This caught her attention and her dull eyes didn't dare take off from the screen.

"It has already been 5 months since the authorities had been searching around for a missing girl named (Y/N) (L/N). The (L/N) family has been killed in this house at around 11 in the evening except for one child that the authorities haven't found yet. They believe that she may be dead but has hope that she is still alive somewhere during all these months. Here is a picture of the missing child. Unfortunately, not a single clue has been found that can lead to the child's disappearance. If you see or know something about this, please report it to the police."

A picture of (Y/N) was revealed through the screen in a family photo. A happy and smiling child appeared in the photo frame picture of hers. (Y/N) just stared at it blankly.

"Another report, A killer is also on the loose for a long time and still hasn't been caught, who had been killing countless victims. It has been caught on security footage and it seems it's a young woman dressed in all black. She is also a suspect from the massacre of the (L/N) family. Unfortunately, we can't see further details about-"

(Y/N) turned off the TV.

(Y/N) looked at her arms and legs. Bandages wrapped all around her limbs and dried blood seeped out. Suddenly, she realized the time and walked out of the shed and to the forest to find a place to stay.

Hours had passed by and it was getting darker and darker. (Y/N) had a bad feeling she was never going to find a place to stay except her aunt's shed. It's better to find somewhere else than to stay with her crazy aunt. The girl walked tiredly through the empty road until she had found a bloody female corpse on the empty road beside a car. (Y/N) wasn't surprised anymore with blood and corpses, she had seen her aunt kill people in her shed to entertain herself in front of her.

The reason why the shed smells like blood and rot but that's why her aunt makes her niece clean up the mess. She walked towards the corpse and crouched down to have a closer look.

A stab wound. Probably with a sharp blade. The blood is fresh and not dried out. Was she stabbed a moment ago?

(Y/N) thought before the gory flashbacks of her parents and victims her aunt had killed went to her head. Her disturbing laugh rings in her head making her head hurt. (Y/N) clenched her fists in irritation.

That annoying woman.

(Y/N) thought while she closed her eyes tightly. Her stomach suddenly grumbled and (Y/N) felt nauseous. It was nausea but a the same time she felt hungry. It was normal for a person to feel hunger if they haven't eaten for hours. (Y/N) was in the same situation but it wasn't craving for food. It was craving for something else. More than food. An unfamiliar feeling aroused her as she was slowly losing herself.

What is this... feeling?

Her sense became strong as she smelled the aroma of fresh blood that surrounded her as it filled her lungs.
