THE PRINCE AND I

Skye woke up in the hospital room, he looked around and saw Prince holding Sam to his chest. He smiled and sat up, he was still a little woozy but he managed.

"Hey boys"

Prince smiled and stood up from the rocking chair. He handed Sam over to Skye.

"He's been changed and bathed all he has to do now is feed and sleep"

Skye bit his bottom lip. What if...what if he couldn't feed his baby?

"Trust yourself...your body has everything he needs okay?" Prince says softly. He could see the hesitation on Skye's face.

"O-Okay" he replied and placed his nipple at the infant's mouth, he gasped at the foreign feeling.

"Wow....that's...unusual"

Prince smiled.

"So he's finally here. I still can't believe we made this cute chubby human"

Skye laughed softly.

"Let's hope he doesn't have your naughty genes"

"He's my son, he for sure has my naughty genes"

"I love you"

Prince kissed him softly.

"And i love you too. Both of you"

"And then he kicked the doctor on the forehead, that was so funny"

"Ben it just happened two hours ago"

He huffed.

"It's funny to me dammit"

Xavier laughed and his response.

"Okay okay, how about this. You stop using the pill and I'll stop protection, let's try to have a baby"

Benedict gasped.

"Really? Are you sure?"

"Yeah. I want to see if you'll kick the doctor as well" he teased earning a slap on the back.

"You're so mean, i should've went to my mom's"

"Nah you're stuck with me skittles"

Benedict then turned his attention to his phone. He had taken a few pictures of Sam. That baby looked inhumanely adorable, well his parents are both good looking so who'd blame the little baby.

"Do you think our baby will be this cute?"

"Nah, she'll be cuter, with a head full of curly brown hair"

Benedict frowned.

"My hair is black"

"And mine is brown"

"Ohh..i see what you did there"

"What do you mean i have to go to the front for the paparazzi? I'm in stitches over here"

"I know babe but it's a tradition, we have to do this. Mercy will be here with some fresh clothes and some toiletries"

He couldn't believe this. Skye had just been told that he's supposed to go to the front of the hospital pose for pictures and head home. Yet his literal insides were stitched up.

"Fine, help me get to the shower"

Prince did feel bad for making Skye do this, he had been arguing with his parents about this and they told him to do it nonetheless. 'Some traditions still need to be upheld' they said.
