I steady my breathing as I look over and see sky is still asleep, and the more I look at her the more I notice how beautiful she is and how nice it....wait what am I thinking? I check the time, we got roughly 45 minutes before class starts I start getting dressed and the moment I finish a alarm goes off and it startles me, sky slowly sits up and rub her eyes....
"Good morning Alex" She yawns and stretches her arms
I smile "yea good morning sky, sleep well?"
She smiles back "I've slept better but could have been worse, I struggled a bit in the beginning" then she looks at me "You alright? Your slightly pale?
"Yea im fine, probably just a bit tired still" I look in the mirror and she's right, I am a bit pale
"If you say so" She says as she draws a curtain around her side of the room to get changed after a minute or so the curtain slides back into place
"Alright you ready to go?"
I nod "yea im ready"
She smiles "good to hear"
We leave the dorm room and head to class but on the way there the office lady stops us "oh good timing Alex I forgot to give you this yesterday sorry about that." She hands me a small black item
"Thank you?"
"It's a device we use here to contact people etc, basically a phone only used here at this academy." She explains
"Oh alright cool, hmm how do you activate it?" I ask
She smiles and laughs as if I said something stupid
"With magic silly!"
She laughs a bit more then leaves us
Sky looks at me "it's a bit odd that they forgot to give you that, not something I've heard of before, but we'll at least you have it now, that's what matters."
I look at it and put it in a pocket, "yea true, its no big deal."
"It could have been a big deal tho alex!" She says as she pulls out a leather wrist band with a part of it missing that resembles the magic phone, you can use this to put your magic phone in and so it can always be on your wrist and not else where. Something I came up with!"
She smiles and sounds proud of herself
I smile back "yea it was a good idea sky. Anyways we should start heading to class."
"Oh shoot, your right alex let's hurry!"
We barley made it to class in time but the teacher was very kind and understanding
First class in history, saying how magic got here and all that then math science and other things, there is also a P.E class for some reason as well, sky told me it can get pretty brutal and hectic in there tho, but in still curious. No P.E class today tho due to maintenance being done.
After a few more hours all classes are finished, "well what should we do now sky?" I ask
"We should head back to the dorm room for now, been been long day and somewhat of a long day, im tired and want to relax a while before I go to sleep."
She does sound pretty out of it so I should probably let her rest, I open open door for her and close it behind her and I let her chill as I pass out
"You cannot run forever dark angel, the darkness will find you once more and destroy everything you love! You cannot escape your fait or your sins!"
