"I think i know where Ben is.."

"What the fuck?" Eddie cursed under his breath, eyeing the awkward hole in the wall.

"That definitely wasn't there the last time I came down here." Beverly shook her head.

"It looks big enough to crawl through.." Stan said, more to himself than too the others.

"Well, let's crawl through it then!" Richie suggested, smiling.

Maple flicked him in the arm and gave him a look.

"I w-w-would ask you if yyyyyou're stu-stupid, but we a-...all know the answ-an-answer to that." Maple sighed, shaking her head.

"Well, it's not a terrible idea, actually.." Rockie called from the stairs.

"Rockie!" Everyone said at once, Bev especially relived to see them. Maple ran over to them and hugged them tightly.

"I wa-w-was so wor-..worried!" Maple stuttered out, squeezing Rockie hard.

"Damn, May. It's only been like 45 minutes. If you're in love with me, just say so!" Rockie joked, making Maple pull away from the hug.

"Fine the-then. Rockie T-T-Tozier, I am hopelessly in-in-i-in love with yyyyou." Maple said jokingly while clasping her hands over her heart.

Jokingly? Yeah, jokingly.

The two laughed and Maple pressed a kiss on Rockie's cheek and walked back over to the group, catching Rockie extremely off guard.

"Okay guys, we need to stay focused," Mike chimed in.

"We need to find Ben before its too late." He continued.

"R-Right.. We-We need to p-..p-play this out like we d-did at the N-Nei-Neibolt house." Bill added, Stan and Eddie visibly tensing up at the mention of the broken down house on Neibolt
Street.

"Like what, Big Bill? Send Eddie in there to nearly get killed?" Richie scoffed, draping an arm around Eddie's shoulders.

"Look, Bitchie. I get that you two are in love and all, but unless you want this club to be one member smaller, we need as many people looking for Ben as possible." Stan rolled his eyes.

"Yeah.. Stan's right." Eddie sighed, looking at Richie.

"O-Okay, b-but some of u-us need to-to stay and ke-..keep watch." Maple added.

"Yeah, we cant all go in there. If one of us gets hurt or something bad happens, theres no one on the outside to go get help. Or-Or if something on the outside happens, we need somebody to see." Rockie explained. They were trying to seem as reasonable as possible, but in all honesty, they just didn't want Maple to get hurt. She wasn't really as tough as she seemed.

"Alright, fair point," Mike reasoned. "Okay, who wants to stay out here?"

Nobody except for Stanley raised his hand.

Eddie sighed, "Go get the sticks."

Mike and Rockie bickered about it for what seemed like hours, wanting to be there with Maple, and Mike finally agreed for the two to swap places.
