Goldenleaf was in her moss bed, fast asleep. It had been two days since the incident at TriTrees, and she decided to forget Graystream.
Next to her were her sisters, Silvereye and Bronzeroot. Silvereye was a silver she-cat. Bronzeroot was a brown tom like Goldenleaf, only a tabby.
Mousesplash had come to her dream again. "Leaves of Silver and Bronze will follow the golden leaves. After the dull gray wave, the stars will shine once again."
