The next day I wake up and see Trevor awake.

"How long have you been awake?" I laugh.

"Oh only 30 minutes." He says and I laugh then remember why I'm here. My smile turns into a frown.

"I know, come here. I know why you're upset and I promise we'll keep you safe no matter what. You have nothing to worry about. I promise. Now, come here." He holds out his arms and I scoot closer to his and cry into his chest. He wraps his arms around my tightly.

"Shhh I promise you're okay. We will keep you safe and I promise you that. I will never leave you, I promise." Trevor whispers.

"I hate seeing you like this. Please don't cry. I promise you that we'll keep you safe. You have nothing to worry about. I love you baby girl." Trevor whispers. I start to calm down and then the door opens. I look over and see Kian.

"Come here. I know what's wrong." Kian says and Trevor nods. I get up and run into Kian's arms. I wrap my arms around him and he hugs me tightly.

"Hey. I promise everything will be okay. You have nothing to worry about. We'll keep you safe, I promise. Trevor will keep you safe and away from her, I promise. The rest of us will too." Kian whispers and I start to calm down. I release from the hug.

"Thank you Kian." I say.

"You're welcome." He replies and I smile, "Now go to Trevor. He needs to keep you safe. We will too but go to Trevor." I smile and nod. I go back over to Trevor and he smiles. Kian leaves.

"Are you okay baby girl?" Trevor asks.

"Yeah I guess. I think I'm just scared." I say.

"Awww baby I promise you're okay. I know I keep on saying that but it's true. Everything will be okay and we'll keep you safe. Come here, I know you want a hug." I smile and I scoot closer to him. Trevor wraps his arms around me and I lay my head on his chest.

"You'll be safe, I promise you that. There's nothing to worry about. I will do anything to keep you safe. Anything it takes." Trevor whispers and I hear the door again. We always get interrupted. I look over and see Connor.

"Hey Peyton are you okay?" Connor asked.

"Yeah just scared I guess." I say and don't let go of Trevor.

"I promise everything will be okay. We'll keep you safe. I know you've probably heard this a lot but it's true. You have nothing to worry about." Connor says and I smile.

"Thanks Con." I say.

"Anytime. Now stay with Trevor and we'll all keep you safe, I promise. We'll keep you away from her." Connor says.

"I will." I say but I still haven't let to of Trevor and he has his arms wrapped around me. Connor leaves and I snuggle into Trevor's chest.

"Do you wanna go downstairs?" Trevor asked.

"Yeah sure. I just noticed that my leg is better. Finally." I smile.

"That's great! I love you baby." Trevor says.

"I love you Trevy." I say and we walk downstairs. Connor, Kian, Jc, Sam, and Ricky are sitting on the couch.

"Hey are you okay?" Sam asked.

"Yeah just a little scared." I say and Trevor puts his arm around me and pulls me closer to him. He picks me up and sits down with me in his lap. I smile and snuggle into his chest.

LATER- IN TREVOR'S ROOM

Trevor and I were cuddling and watching a movie when my phone went off. It's a text.....

Mom🚫: I know where you are and I'm coming for you....

I show Trevor and he instantly gets up. We lock all of the windows and doors after telling everyone else. Connor is calling the police.

"They said they are coming now. Trevor take her upstairs and hide." Connor says and Trevor nods. I am shaking really bad so Trevor picks me up and takes me upstairs to his room. We hide in his closet. I am shaking really bad now. Trevor is holding me close to him with his arms wrapped around me tightly.

"Shhh you'll be okay. The police are coming. Don't worry baby girl." Trevor whispers and I wrap my arms around him tightly. I am shaking and Trevor hasn't let to of me. I cling on to him and don't let go. He tightens his grip around me.

After about ten minutes I hear footsteps in Trevor's room. I cringe and hold on to Trevor. He tightens his grip around me.

"Trevor it's just me Connor. The police have her in custody." Connor says and we get out. I still haven't let go of Trevor.

"I also have some news." Connor says.

"What is it?" Trevor asks and his voice is shaky.

"I'm adopting Peyton because her mom will no longer be able to, of course and he doesn't have family close to here." I immediately hug Connor.

"Thank you so much." I say and look at Trevor who is smiling. I run over to him and jump into his arms.

"I'm so happy to live here with you Trev." I say and he holds me up.

"I am too. I'm so excited. Thank you Connor." Trevor says.

"No problem. I gladly took the offer." Connor says and I smile.

I jump off of Trevor and wrap my arms around him instead.

"Do the other boys know?" I ask.

"No they think you have to go to foster care or something." Connor says.

"I have to tell them." I say and go downstairs. Connor and Trevor are behind me.

"Guys I have some news." I say when I go downstairs.

"Yeah?" Kian asks.

"Connor adopted me and I'm staying here." I say and Kian runs over to me. He hugs me tightly.

"YAY! My best friend is gonna live here!" He yells and everybody else hug me. I am standing there and suddenly I feel two arms wrap around my waist and pull me closer to them. I instantly know who it is.

"Hi Trev." I say and smile.

"Hey baby." He says and I turn around to face him. I kiss him and he kisses back. We release and smile at each other.

"I love you and I'm so happy for you to live here." Trevor says and I smile.

"I love you and I'm so excited." I say and hug him tightly. He wraps his arms around me tightly.
