Chapter 10: Starting Over

I wake up the next morning in Trevor's arms.

"Good morning baby." Trevor says.

"Good morning Trev. I'm so happy to be living here with you." I say.

"I love having you here. It's awesome." Trevor says.

"Aren't we getting my stuff today?" I ask.

"Yeah Connor's taking you." Trevor replies.

"What about you? I want you to go." I ask.

"I'll ask Connor if I can go. I don't think he'll care though." Trevor says and I smile.

"I'm hungry." I complain and Trevor laughs.

"Let's go downstairs and ask Connor. Then we can eat." Trevor says and we get up. We walk downstairs and Connor isn't down there.

"Where's Con?" I ask.

"Upstairs in his room." Kian replies and I nod.

"Let's go." I say and drag Trevor upstairs. We go and knock on Connor's door.

"Come in." Connor says and we walk in.

"Hey Con?" I ask.

"Yeah?" He asked.

"Can Trev go with us to get my stuff? I want him to go. Please." I ask.

"Yeah he can go, I don't care. Let me know when you want to go." Connor says and I smile.

"Thank you." I say and hug him.

"You're welcome. I figured he'd go anyways." Connor says. Trevor and I go back downstairs and sit down. I had to sit on Trevor's lap because there was no room, but who cares. I probably would of anyways.

"I'm hungry." I complain.

"What do you want baby girl?" Trevor asked.

"I don't care. Just food." I laugh.

"Do you wanna go somewhere?" Trevor asked.

"Yeah but I'm not ready." I say.

"You wanna wear one of my sweatshirts?" Trevor asked.

"Yeah I'll be back." I say and get up. I go up to Trevor's room and go over to his closet. I get an O2L sweatshirt and put it on. I walk out and go over to Connor's room.

"Hey Con Trevor and I are going to get something to eat. We'll be back later." I say.

"Okay be safe." Connor says and I leave his room. I walk downstairs and go over to Trevor.

"You ready to go baby girl?" Trevor asked.

"Yeah let's go." I say. Trevor comes over to me and wraps his arm around my waist. He pulls me closer to him and I snuggle into his side. We walk outside and I ask, "Where are we going Trev?"

"Anywhere you want." Trevor says and I smile.

"How about Starbucks?" I ask.

"Perfect. Let's go." Trevor says.

AFTER STARBUCKS

"Do you wanna go to the park before we go home?" Trevor asked.

"Yeah sure, but why?" I ask.

"I don't know. Just to talk and relax for a little bit." Trevor says and I nod. We walk to the park and go and sit under a tree.

"Okay what's wrong? I can tell something's wrong with my baby." Trevor says and he's right. There is something wrong. I start to cry and Trevor says, "Come here baby. I think I know what's wrong."

I crawl into Trevor's lap facing him, "Trevor it's just that I no longer live with my mom. She abused me. Now I have to start over at a new house. I'm happy to live with you, but it still depresses me that my mom would do this to me. I feel like no one likes me." I explain and start crying.

"Baby I promise people like you. I love you and so does the rest of the boys. We love you. I understand why you're upset and I promise everything will be okay. I will be there for you through it all. I will love you forever, I promise. You're gonna be okay." Trevor says and I wrap my arms around him tightly an burst into tears.

"Shhh baby, you're okay, I promise. Everything will be okay." Trevor whispers. I continue to cry into his chest and hug him tightly.

I release from the hug and say, "Thank you Trev. I have no clue what I would do without you. You mean everything to me."

"Anything for you. I will do anything for you. You mean the world to me." Trevor says and adds, "How about we go home now? We can get ready, go get your stuff, and then come home and watch movies in my room. Sound good?" Trevor asked.

"That would be perfect. Hey Trev can you carry me?" I ask.

"Of course." He picks me up and carries me home.

"Where were you guys?" Connor asked when we came in.

"We went to the park after we ate to talk." Trevor says and Connor nods.

DONE GETTING READY

"Are you ready to go baby girl?" Trevor asked.

"Yeah let's go." I say and we walk downstairs to Connor. We walk over to my house, now old house, and go inside. Trevor and I walk up to my room and Connor stays downstairs.

"I'll help you pack." Trevor says.

"Thanks Trev." I say and start packing everything up.

"Anything else you need?" Trevor asked.

"No." I say and start crying. I grew up here. Now it's all gonna be gone forever. I will never see this room again.

"I know baby, come here." Trevor holds out his arms and I jump into his arms. He holds me up and I cry into his shoulder.

"Shhh baby girl.. I know.. I understand.. You're gonna be okay, I promise.." Trevor whispers. I cry into his shoulder for like 5 minutes before I finally jump down off of him.

"Thank you Trevor, for everything." I say and hug him tightly.

"Anything for you. I love you and I always will." He hugs me back and then we release.

"Let's go. I'm ready now." I say and grab a few bags. Trevor grabs the rest and we walk downstairs. Connor is standing there waiting on us.

"Are you okay? I heard you crying, but I left you two alone." Connor says and I smile.

"I'm better now." I say and we walk home. Trevor and I carry my bags up to his room because that's where I'm staying and put in a movie.

"Come here baby girl." Trevor says with his arms open and I scoot closer to him. He wraps his arms around me and I snuggle into his chest. We cuddle and watch movies for the rest of the day. Today was the first day of my new life.
