Chapter 14: ???

We've been in the hospital since yesterday and we haven't heard anything about Ricky or Connor. They're still in critical condition and about to go through surgery.

"Hey guys, we're gonna go home for today, do you wanna come?" Kian asked Trevor and I. I was sitting in Trevor's lap.

"It's up to you baby." Trevor said and kissed my forehead.

"Let's go home for today. I'm tired." I said.

"Okay." Trevor said and I started to get up, but he picked me up. We got in the car and went home. It was 3 in the afternoon. I decided to take a shower.

"I'm getting in the shower Trev." I said.

"Okay baby." Trevor said and I went upstairs. I took a shower and got out. I put clothes on and brushed my hair. After that I walked out of the bathroom and into Trevor's room. He was laying on his bed, so I went and jumped on him.

We both laughed and fell off the bed. We sat up and I stayed in his lap. I wrapped my legs around his torso. Trevor kissed my forehead, then my nose, and both of my cheeks. He put a strand of hair behind my ear and we both leaned in.

Our lips touched and I instantly felt sparks as we kissed. Our lips moved in sync for a few a minutes and we released for air. Our foreheads rested together and we both smiled.

"I love you." Trevor said.

"I love you Trev." I said and we got up. I was about to go downstairs when Trevor stopped me.

"Stay with me? Please." Trevor said and I smiled.

"Okay." I said. We both sat down on the bed and I rested my head on his chest with my arms around him. He wrapped his arms around me and we sat there while watching a movie. When the movie was over, we watched another one.

After that, I got under the covers and so did Trevor. He wrapped his arms around me and pulled me closer to him. I put my head on his chest again and drifted off to sleep.

COUPLE HOURS LATER

I woke up shaking and crying, remembering my dream. Connor died. Ricky died. I started breathing heavy and Trevor woke up. He saw me and sat up. He wrapped his arms around me and rubbed my back.

"Shhh.. I know, I understand.. It's okay, I promise.." Trevor whispered. I slowly made my way to his lap and wrapped my arms around him. I cried into his shoulder, shaking.

"Shhh baby girl.." Trevor whispered, "It's okay, I promise. Everything will be okay." I slowly calmed down, but continued to shake. I lifted my head off Trevor's shoulder and looked at him. He softly kissed my forehead.

"It's okay, I promise. Just remember that they're strong baby. Everything will be okay." Trevor whispered and I slowly nodded. I wrapped my arms around him and hugged him tightly. He hugged me back and we sat like that for what seemed like forever.

"Do you wanna go back to bed now?" Trevor asked.

"Yeah." I said and we laid back down. I snuggled into his chest and he wrapped his arms around me tightly. Our legs tangled together and I fell asleep listening to Trevor sing Nightingale.

NEXT DAY

I woke up in the same position I was last night. Trevor's grip was a little looser and he was awake. He was playing with my hair. I smiled and looked up at him.

"Good morning baby girl. Are you okay?" Trevor asked.

"Yeah I'm okay." I said.

"Do you wanna go eat this morning?" Trevor asked.

"Yeah sure." I said and got up, "Hey Trev, can I wear one of your shirts?"

"Of course." He said and I smiled. I grabbed a shirt out of his closet and put it on. I went back out to the bedroom and sat on the bed. I leaned back and put my head in Trevor's lap. After a few minutes, we got up.

"Where do you wanna go?" Trevor asked.

"Umm how about Starbucks?" I suggested.

"Sure. Let's go." Trevor said and grabbed my hand. We walked downstairs and the boys were up.

"We're going to Starbucks. We'll be back later." Trevor said and I put on a pair of converse. Trevor put on some Vans and we walked outside after the boys said 'okay'.

We intertwined our fingers and swung our hands back and forth as we walked. We walked to Starbucks and went in. We both ordered our usual and ate while talking about random things.

"Do you wanna go home now?" Trevor asked.

"Yeah." I said and he wrapped his arm around me as we walked. We went home and went inside. I sat down on the couch and cuddled up next to Trevor. He wrapped his arms around me and we watched TV with the rest of the boys.

We were watching TV when Kian's phone rang. He answered it and left the room to avoid the TV. He came back soon.

"That was the hospital. Connor and Ricky are okay and are going to make it for sure. We can go see them whenever." Kian explained and I smiled. Trevor rubbed my arm and smiled at me.

"Let's go now." I said and got up. Trevor got up after me and grabbed my hand. We ran outside and got in the car. Kian, Jc, and Sam came out after us and Kian drove to the hospital. When we got there, Trevor and I ran in first and asked for their room.

"Ricky's room is 203 and Connor's is 204." Trevor said and we went to Connor while Kian, Jc, and Sam went to Ricky. We walked in Connor's room and he was up.

"Connor!" I said and hugged him gently. He hugged back gently.

"Hey Peyt. Hey Trev." Connor weakly said.

"Hey Con. How are you feeling?" Trevor asked.

"I'm okay, just sore." Connor said. We talked to Connor for a while before going to see Ricky. After we visited both of them, we went back home for the night.

I was tired on the way home so I laid my head in Trevor's lap and fell asleep while Trevor played with my hair.

TREVOR'S POV

Peyton fell asleep with her head in my lap and I smiled. I love her so much. She's been through a lot and she doesn't deserve it. When we got home, I gently picked her up bridal style and carried her upstairs.

I put her on the bed softly and laid next to her. I held her close to me and drifted off to sleep after putting my leg over hers.
