Hours past. The sun was beginning to set.

Sylvia was humming quietly while stroking Kira's hair. Kira herself had awakened, she was just barely audible. She mumbled little bits and words, as well as noises. Her legs and arms barely worked, they were like jello. Sylvia had grabbed Kira's hand and intertwined her fingers. Surprisingly Kira had allowed it and even squeezed Sylvia's hand a bit.

A knock came at the door not too soon after. Sylvia's ears shot up so fast. "Y-you stay here! Again..." Kira just groaned in understanding. Slowly she released Sylvia's hand whilst she got up. The black hair faun opened the door to reveal the small girl.

Ki, the witch. Her dirty blonde hair wiggled a bit as they observed Sylvia. They weren't as tall as her but were taller than Kira. Ki stepped in and Sylvia closed the door. The witch placed down her bags of goods on a table and began to get ready.

"She'll be fine right?..." Sylvia asked with concern laced in her voice.
"I'm positive she will...but you can't keep her here forever...she smells of human and you know that she won't survive long...so what's the truth behind it?"
So Sylvia told Ki the truth about how Penni found Kira and all those things. Ki scratched her chin a bit and nodded.

As Ki did her mixing and magic stuff, they chuckled to herself.
"I know she's not actually your girlfriend....but do you like her?.."
"No.....I mean yes! Like as a friend....I mean she's pretty and all, but she's let me know very clearly she's not into women..." Sylvia sighed softly as if all her hopes and dreams had been crushed.
"I could change that for you."
"No....Don't. It'd be so selfish if I did that, love shouldn't be forced. It should just be natural...and besides it's not that important, I'm sure she's not the one."
Ki just shook her head and chuckled. After a bit more mixing and then reading, the potion was done. The small witch looked down at the dreadful Kira, who was snoring away at the moment. She proceeded to prop the girl's head up and make her swallow the unknown liquid.
Ki then held up a couple of fingers and proceeded to count down with them. 1 finger went down, then another and another. Kira sprang up rapidly breathing, scared as anything. "Omg! What happened?!"

"You came into an encounter with a spiritual core of yourself. It usually says your negative thoughts and lures you in before trying to switch places with you...the real you that is."
"Omg are you a human too?! This is great, so great! I haven't met one since I've been here and-"
"I'm not." The dirty blond girl sniffled.

"I'm gonna faint again..." Kira held her head and sat back down against the couch. Sylvia went over and sat by her, before placing a hand on her thigh and whispering. "...It'll be okay..." so delicately and gently. Kira had to admit, it did calm her down a good bit.

Ki simply shrugged their arms. "I'm definitely not human, but I'm not exactly sure what I am...I'm not a spirit, nor monster...but it's whatever..." she packed all her things together and nodded them a fair well. When they place a hand on the doorknob Ki looked back. "Sylvia, you have your own sickness to be cured. But all shall fall when you realize your illness-"
"stfu and stop talking in riddles, this isn't the medieval era you dumb-" Sylvia placed a hand on Kira's mouth to quiet her.
"Thank you, dear. I'm sure I'll remember this when the time comes!" She waved a goodbye kindly. When Ki left out the door Sylvia took her hand off Kira's mouth.

"Ewwww, you licked me."
"Yeah,.. it usually works to get someone's hand off your mouth, but I guess not this time!"
"You're very feisty for being so short.."
"Short?! All because I'm not as tall as you doesn't mean anything! I'm a full-grown woman and I-"
"You remind me of that one dog..."
"WHAT DOG?!?!"
"A very small yappy one." Sylvia got up and began to go to the kitchen. Kira only got up and followed her.
"A CHIHUAHUA?!?!"
"Oh yes! That's the one!" Sylvia looked down at her with a small smile.
"I WILL RAIN HELLFIRE DOWN UPON YOU!!!"
Sylvia only raised an eyebrow and watched her with those calm grey eyes. "Are you done?" She asked politely. To which Kira just sighed in a frustrated manner. "Good,...now you can come and help me with dinner for tonight. Go in the fridge and get me some ingredients for a salad.." she began to get out all her mixing bowls and appliances for the salad.
