I didn't know where Memory was taking me, but for some reason, I felt... I felt like I could trust her.
"Where are we going?"
"We're almost there."
"That doesn't answer the question."
"I know, but you'll be fine."
After walking a little further, Memory held aside some vines. "Andddd here is where I wanted to take you! We had stopped here when I was traveling to your kingdom."
It was a little waterfall in a cliff, with land around it.
"There's a cave in there. It's actually very cozy!" Memory exclaimed. She turned to me. "Would you like to go in?"
"Sure."
...
"Now if you ever need to hide, you can come here." Memory smiled.
"T-thank you." I wasn't flustered or embarrassed, I had a hard time saying that.
"No one deserves to go through that." Memory said.
"Why did you want to become a knight?"
"Huh?"
"Why did you want to become a knight?"
"I saw how the other knights in my kingdom helped others. But, in my kingdom, only boys could be knights. So I came here, even though female knights are looked down upon."
"Nice." I said.
"Do you want to go back and sit by the waterfall?" Memory asked.
"Okay."
